Excellent location, very good staff and service and very confortable and splendid rooms

Great location, very nice hotel. Staff there was wonderful and very helpful. Room was comfortable and pool was nice although not heated. Fantastic roof top terrace with sweeping views of the city.

Everything was perfect - clean room, great view, nice breakfast, very comfortable and great service .

check in was horriblearrived at 2pm and was told I would be notified when the room was ready 1 1/2 hour later when I questioned the delay was told it was ready. Total disregard for the customer. The bed was very uncomfortable and there were no armoire for the clothes

Very difficult visit. On our second day my 80 yr old mother fell and broke her hip. The hotel staff has been wonderful extending our stay into the unknown, delivering delicious GF, DF meals to my room at late hours and making sure I have everything I need to be available to take care of my mother. We had one day to explore before this happened and our location is delightfully situated within walking distance to museums, cafes and the harbor as well as countless hilly neighborhoods and endless shopping if one were so inclined. The Aerobus came right from the airport to the hotel and the ticket was good for unlimited rides for 24 hrs. All the way to the harbor and back.

Tivoli is an amazing hotel with a great staff. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to the Rossio and 4 min cab ride from the Barrio Aalto. 100 recommended.

The value was very good for a weekday stay. The rooftop bar had an incredible view. But the rooftop restaurant was not very good at all for the money. Very disappointing.

It was very close to many things you would like to see and then just a cheap taxi ride away from some of the others (Castle and Monastery were about a $5-$10 taxi). The rooms were very nice and clean but our first room the AC didn't work which was slightly annoying. We came back for an extra nights stay towards the end of our trip and were upgraded to a nicer room with working AC (score!). Wifi isn't free but if you sign up for their rewards program you get it free. That was slightly annoying but at least they had an option to get it for free. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of tips - the bell staff specifically was very helpful and gave us many tips. You also must check out the sky bar. Its more expensive than many of the other bars in Lisbon but you can't beat the view and the bartenders were friendly and helpful

Good location, nice bar. Hot water and good air conditioning. The wi-fi is free if you share your information. Nice staff. Did not tried the breakfast (not included in the room price).

Helpful staff and let me drop off luggage twice before the room was ready so I could sight see. Great room and rooftop view of Lisbon. Concierge was very knowledgeable. Would definitely return.

Very nice. Comfortable. Good service. Happy with it and location.

We would stay here again. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the amenities were as advertised--nice pool, fitness equipment, and restaurants. Earlier reviews were spot-on in identifying the drinks and other extras as costly (an espresso in the room is EUR 2.50!). The internet was extremely, extremely slow, but at least free if you join the hotel's rewards program. The breakfast buffet was dependable, though rather boring and only of decent quality, in our opinion. The location is very good--close to metro station and a short walk to downtown as well as other interesting neighborhoods. The hotel's Sky Bar was one of the best features and had spectacular views. For those looking to have a cocktail (rather than wine or beer) at any of the hotel's venues, dial back your expectations or you will be disappointed at both the mixology and the pour. Earlier reviews noted the exceptional food at the hotel's Brasserie Flo Lisboa--unfortunately, these were our worst meals the entire time in Lisbon and we like French food. A better bet, if dining on site, is to go to Olivier's in the back building of the hotel compound, which was quite delightful.

Location, confort, decoration, all was realy fine.

Wonderful hotel. We were given the option to select between 2 rooms. We choose the one overlooking the pool. The service was exceptional, always willing to help you find a restaurant, or directions. The Sky Bar was beautiful and even though it was cold the night we went up there they provided blankets so you could enjoy the view comfortably. What really sold me on the customer service was how the staff handled an elderly gentleman staying there who seemed slightly confused and was often wandering around the hotel. They would very kindly say to him, let me escort you to your room, and take him by the arm. It was so sweet. It gave the hotel a very personal feel.

Wonderful visit and would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon

The hotel was very nice. There was a large open area lobby and beautiful Sky Bar. The view of the city from the terrace was awesome. Didn't find time to dine at the hotel, but would have liked to do so. The bed were very comfortable. On a negative, there were stains on the carpet and dust on the overhang in the bathroom.

We stayed at this hotel during the few days that we explored Lisbon. We found the service to be exceptional. They did seem to have issues with their computers in the business center. They had four computers but only two were functional. Actually, I never understand why these hotels don't add a few dollars to their already expensive rates and provide free Wifi. It was a very nice hotel. Great service. The only improvement would be the computer services and expensive Wifi access.

The hotel Tivoli liberdade is well located at Avenida Liberdade, with a metro station within a few yards. The staff is always there to help you and all the main attractions in downtown Lisbon at a walking distance. It sounds like the hotel was just renewed as you could smell fresh painting, which was not that pleasant. I'd definitely recommend and stay again at the Tivoli Liberdade

Superb location to see and revisit Lisbon. In the very center of the city, near day and night life and shops. Buses and taxis to airport are cheap. Food topnotch, but moderately expensive. Room excellent. Hotel service was topnotch. Physically, a very nice hotel lobby and greeting room. Sits alongside of the broad Avenue da Liberdade, near to the park at Pombal in one direction and the river and sea on the other. My 2nd stay, one of my very favorites.
