Excellent location. Very central for touring. Hosts were great. Easy check in and check out. Apartment was HUGE and perfect for families. Well equipped (we cooked some breakfasts and dinners there). Air conditioning worked great. Would stay there again for sure.

The property was a very convenient location, walkable to Rossio Square and Alto Barrio but be ready to walk uphill. The staff was very helpful at check-in and Rodrigo was super helpful with restaurant suggestions and helping us reserve a table at Ramiro. Property is also a few steps away from Time Out market.

This was a amazing place to stay, Rooftop bar was awesome, Food was great location was perfect, there’s a massive food court called the time out across the street that has every type of food you could think of. Pedro our concierge was amazing. Would definitely stay there again for sure

Good location, well furnished. Concierge was very helpful and attentive via WhatsApp. Make sure you confirm the number of actual beds you need. They seem to decide on how people should sleep based on the number of people there. We were 5 people that needed 4 beds but got 2 double beds and a single bed.

Pros: Great location next to the time out market, Java rooftop bar and train station. Easy check-in when the workers are there Cons: a little outdated furniture, kitchen faucet was loose ***Construction that lasted the whole day under our building, starting exactly at 8am til 5pm intermittently. And it was drilling construction kind that’s was extremely loud and vibrating the whole room. We could not go back to the room to rest at all during the day. We went to the front desk and they said it’s beyond their control which I understand but it was a rough day Elevators not working. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working on our last day and the final 3rd went out the morning that we left. This seems to be a common theme from another review I read about this apartment. I reached out to the help desk after my stay and they apologized but said there were 4 other elevators that circles the building apparently. I still have no idea where they were. Regardless, majority of the time we were using the 3 elevators that our room was in. The front staff seem to be nice when we interacted but they’re only there for a limited time during the day. Don’t bother asking the housekeeping of the building anything like extra toilet paper or blanket since they will tell you to go down stairs to ask the staff, which we ended up doing. Overall the first fees days were good, the last day was just unpleasant due to those circumstances beyond their control but it still affected our experience.

Stay here if you like to party and don’t care if you get a good nights rest or not. That was on the weekends. Getting extra towels in your room requires an act of congress. You can’t just ask housekeeping. The building has water damage, ants in the room, and the front glass door was shattered. Not a great first impression. Very close to the train station and eating places though.
