Nicely decorated, extremely well managed apartment in a lively, convenient quarter of Lisbon. The apartment Managers, Olivier Apartments, were extremely welcoming, respondent, and efficient. We will use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Great location! We walked one street over to dinner each night with multiple options for good food. Beds were comfy, showers and water pressure good. We used the washer and dried clothes on the rack provided. Walked Lisbon and was close walk to train station which was easy to get to multiple cities. Lisboa card was great. AC in apartment worked great, had to turn out down or off at times. Plenty of hot water. Nice place and we were very pleased!

Fantastic location, well-decorated apartment! Would stay here again! The only thing we found slightly difficult (but workable) was that the bathroom countertop space was tiny. Hard to put belongings down.

Ok, but not ideal

The location was excellent, the parking and the owner's response was very good. The owner provided excellent details on grocery stores. The apartment was advertised as accommodating five people. However, we ran out of hot water after 2 showers and there was only one comfortable chair in the small living room.

Lisbon Baiuca district

This property provided a comfortable and quiet respite from a very busy city. Being on a one-way street the traffic noise was minimal although early morning garbage pick up would be noisy in front bedroom. Kitchen was good for breakfast prep although directions would have been helpful for appliances. Also kitchen needed dish towels. Overall. Great stay.

Lisbon Apartment

The apartment was in a good overall location close to restaurants and shops. The apartment was satisfactory but the people using the other apartments were very noisy after hours. The building trash container is in the lobby which causes the lobby to smell. One of the bathrooms had a privacy film over the window however you could still see through to the other apartment. The apartment worked for the short time we were in Lisbon but I would consider another location if I were to stay long term.

Sleep at the heart of the city

its a great house in the heart of the city if you are a cluber or with kids was amazing for our little ones that did not had to walk allot to each attruction.

Excellent location for sure. Photos i would not say are an accurate representation of the apartment. Also when we arrived apt was not ready due to previous tenants not being out yet so they were there as was the cleaning lady. We dropped bags after long day of traveling and left so it could be cleaned. When arrived back hours later and very tired the check in code would not work. Managed to contact owner , had me try code numerous times and video myself entering the code which i had told her does not work. Then remotely she opened the door and reset the code, not sure why did not just do this first so i could get myself and kids inside instead of standing in hall. We changed quickly and went for dinner. Came home at 10:30pm to finally have a quick shower before bed...only to figure out at this point the towels left by cleaners were all wet still so clearly cleaning was done very rapidly. We could not shower until the following day when towels were dropped off in the afternoon. I feel i was very much over charged for this rental but with these issues really feel i paid way too much. Not happy at all.

Unbeatable Location

Great place to stay. Easy communication with owner. Right in the middle of everything but still quiet. Walk to almost everywhere with tons of food and drink options. Indian place very on same street was amazing. Starbucks 2 min walk.

In the middle of everything

Location is a plus: quiet street, lots of restaurants, shops, close to sites. Agent was responsive to our requests. The only negative experience was due to inconsiderate temporary tenants upstairs (I believe they were college-age females) who returned at 1:00 am after a night out and clomped around still wearing their shoes and dragged furniture across the floor, which woke us up. Fortunately they were gone the following day. We would recommend the rental company and would happily utilize one of their units again were we to revisit Lisbon.

Great location at Rossio

Very nice property, new appliances, new cabinets, new beds for a great night sleep, location one street over from the touristy street was perfect. Found great places to eat within a short walking distance. Caught the #28 tram by walking a couple of blocks.

Perfect Location

Great location - 1 block off the main pedestrian walking area. Quiet at night. Property is as shown in photos. Apartment is clean and efficient. Kitchen is functional and well stocked. Towels and linens are perfect. No issues with water temperature or pressure. We didn't use the parking spot Location is perfect for walking everywhere. Thank you for making for a wonderful vacation. :)

Great apartment & location! Parking is not convenient.

Overall, this apartment was great! It is well appointed and nicely decorated. It is perfect for two couples. The location is city center and walkable to so many attractions. The apartment management team was easy to work with. Unfortunately, the parking garage staff was not cooperative. We followed the directions provided to us to use the parking spot but the garage management changed their rules without us knowing. We had to pay for part of the parking fees. The apartment management should have known this and should update their website. No effort to compensate us at all was made and said it was the garage management's fault. I would recommend to stay here but don't use the parking amenity.
