We were good taken hand on from the first beginning. We got a detail overveiw of the hotel, and the sorrundings. We were renting 5 rooms, and they were located in the same store as we asked for. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was buffet. The Wifi could have been better.

I used Tripadvisor to gauge this hotel before leaving the UK. I noted the negativity most. Some people are never satisfied. Dirty, one typed. Where, I thought, you could eat a meal off the floor. Tired & dated, another typed. Really! I liked the furnishing style. No ghastly Ikea look here. The breakfast sausage looked awful. Yes, for those of us spoilt by those spicy chipolata type in other continental locations you're right. However, there was plenty of other choice. The Staff would have soon got the message about the sausage if no-one had eaten any. Room 707, easily reached by a quick & often available lift system was spacious & the bathing area is particularly impressive being tiled, well stocked & with a commendable shower. Ok, the TV was a dated pre-flatscreen type but it worked & had many channels to choose from. I ate once in the evening restaurant. The Creme de Mer soup was to die for & my Shrimp Salad with pineapple left me feeling just right consumption-wise. Thanks to all at the Turim Lisboa for making my stay pleasurable.

Arriving at the reception desk for our ten night stay, we greeted the attendants who, unlike Ana Santos, did not receive us warmly. They were correct with us but completely indifferent to our arrival or prolonged stay. They certainly did not make us feel welcomed nor did they volunteer any useful information. As a matter of fact, it was difficult to get any kind of information from them. There were only two employees at the hotel who were truly helpful, Ana and Rubens. They always had a smile and went over and beyond their duties. The room was a good size and clean. However, the bed was uncomfortable, the television was old and had poor reception, the Wi-Fi signal was weak and inconstant, and the room lacked sufficient outlets for our electronics. Most of the time we had to sit in the reception area to use the internet. This was very annoying because this area is small and faces the bar area and reception desk. The breakfast was loaded with desserts and very few hot options that never changed and lacked appeal. The hotel's location is relatively close to Corte Ingles, park Eduardo VII and the fabulous Gulbenkian museum (if someone at the desk would be kind enough to show you the most direct route). Get ready to ask several questions in order to get a full answer to a simple question. We travel a lot especially in Europe and we have never experienced such frustrations.

Ana Santos welcomed us warmly. She took a lot of time and effort to ensure we had all the information we needed. She suggested a great local Portuguese restaurant, Colinas. It was super. The hotel itself was great value for money. Big rooms and washrooms. We will blindly book in a Turim hotel, based on this experience!!

Stayed here few days. Very clean and comfortable. Tv had many english stations. Staff exceptionally helpful. Location was good too. Easy access to transportation. Long walk to centre but lots to see on the way. Only problem we had was with breakfast but we find its the same with most European hotels. Half cooked scrambled eggs, hot dog type sausages, pastries, cereal and fruit. The toaster didn't really work. It was on but totally pointless. The orange juice was watered down. The coffee machine looked a bit gross where it came out. Would def stay here again but would opt out of breakfast

Excellent location close to the Metro "Parque" station. Close to the shops, supermarkets and local restaurants. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Stayed in room 708 which was at the back of the hotel on the top floor. Be warned limited electrical sockets, only one in bathroom. Booked hotel on a room only basis. Enjoy your stay.

Great location close to Parque Metro with city centre only 2 stops away. This is a small and comfortable hotel with large rooms, bath and shower. Sleep quality ok but could do with better pillows. There is no noise from the lift or banging doors. Breakfast is more than adequate and overall the accommodation is good value.

This hotel is in a good location. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. We were well catered for at breakfast. The TV didn't work and the WiFi was very poor. I do think that in today's world that Sky TV and WiFi should be basics in a hotel. The furniture and curtains in the reception area could do with being updated. This would improve the appearance of the hotel somewhat. These are only minor points and they did not impact on our stay.

Nice old-fashioned hotel with fine renovation. Spacious well-equiped bedrooms and bathrooms. Bath tube instead of shower cabin, black-out curtains, firm mattress - I like this place. Location is good - between two metro stations (blue and yellow lines). The only drawback is very poor wi-fi. However, good value for money.

Stayed one night, room was clean, floor in the room was uneven, quiet street. Good restaurant across the road. Walls between the rooms are pretty thin, we could hear the neighbours sneezing and trying find out which light switches worked for which lamps. Good for one night.
