Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Luggage storage was a benefit for early arrivals. Rooms were a reasonable size. Being able to open the windows was a real benefit. Bathroom was well used and was in need of repair. Laundry service was below average, towels were frequently not clean or missing. On a positive notes the bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent, close to subway and in a very walkable area.

I wonder how this hotel was rated as a 4 star?! It is a 1 star motel at most! The only nice thing I can say about this place is the location and nice staff! It is extremely poorly conditioned, no amenities what so ever and truly not even close to decent! Very old, dark and filthy rooms and hallways. Had to wait over an hour to change my room immediately after I saw it, cause they couldn't move my luggages to the next room. The new room was exactly the same, paints were cracked on the walls, bed had a 2 inch foam on a box spring, sponge pillows that didn’t even fit inside the pillow cases cause they were so bulky, empty fridge that didn’t even work after I plugged it in, hardly any lights in the bathroom and shower but still noticed holes and cracks in the bathroom walls, not even a soap holder next to the sink or in the shower, had to hold the soap in my hand entire time showering, and lots of noise from outside! Long story short, pick another hotel, plenty around that neighborhood. They need to change the name from Stay to "Stay Away"!!

Clean nice room, except for shower. Need more lights in the bathroom, especially in the shower. The shower has black wall and black floor with no light above the shower, causing the shower area very dark in which I don't feel the cleanliness inside the shower. Shower head/hand spray does not stay when adjusted.

This hotel was literally steps from the metro station making our trip home so simple. We have seen many people lugging their luggage on the cobblestone sidewalks but we only had about 20 meters to the smooth metro floors. The room came with a king bed and was clean and comfortable. We did not have the breakfast but it looked good. It was very close to the shops and restaurants and we found an excellent sandwich shop and breakfast cafe within 2 small blocks.

The hotel is in a great location! However I found the bar across the street to be very noisy. I was woken up by people yelling outside. The breakfast was good but I found that the towels/shampoos/soaps, etc were very basic.

A very clean and tidy property to stay at. Bed very comfortable. Highly recommend this property. Excellent location in the old quarter of town. A few more hooks in the bathrooms and bedroom to hang towels and clothes would be appreciated.

The hotel was pretty nice. Towels old. Not soft. Shower door needs repair. No face cloths available. I was cold every night and couldn't get my room warm. The location was great. I felt really safe traveling alone in that area.

Very nice boutique hotel close to everything you want to be close to! Heads up that they absolutely do not let you check in before 4pm. Not even 3:55pm lol. That’s fine with us but other people were very upset. They hold on to your luggage in the meantime though which is nice

Great location, safe, major attractions walkable, many restaurants walkable, train station and shopping mall about a minute walk. Quiet, comfortable room, comfortable bed, air-condition worked well, nice shower and bathroom. No coffee and safe box in room. Our room had no view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out very quick. Elevator worked well. We'll stay again.

The location of the property is so conveniently located! Many of the major attractions are very close by, and the metro station is a few steps away to quickly get you where you want to go. Restaurants and shops surround the hotel, so you won’t have to go far to get what you need.We had a wonderful experience with the staff and the service was great! We recommend the breakfast buffet at the hotel as well. The buffet has several great items to choose from at a very reasonable price. The room and amenities worked out well for us. There was some street noise from time to time, but we expected that with being conveniently located in such a bustling area. We would definitely stay here again, if we make it back to Lisbon.
