Great location, safe, major attractions walkable, many restaurants walkable, train station and shopping mall about a minute walk. Quiet, comfortable room, comfortable bed, air-condition worked well, nice shower and bathroom. No coffee and safe box in room. Our room had no view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out very quick. Elevator worked well. We'll stay again.

The location of the property is so conveniently located! Many of the major attractions are very close by, and the metro station is a few steps away to quickly get you where you want to go. Restaurants and shops surround the hotel, so you won’t have to go far to get what you need.We had a wonderful experience with the staff and the service was great! We recommend the breakfast buffet at the hotel as well. The buffet has several great items to choose from at a very reasonable price. The room and amenities worked out well for us. There was some street noise from time to time, but we expected that with being conveniently located in such a bustling area. We would definitely stay here again, if we make it back to Lisbon.

Great location. Room was a nice size. Beds were comfortable. Staff was either good or unfriendly - particularly disappointing experience when we came back to our room to get ready for dinner reservations and shower - though there were no towels, they had all been removed to launder - though not replaced (I was told it was because the laundry was “late”). I had to go downstairs to get towels, the staff was bothered and rude and when seeing I was disappointed just finally handed them to me without any apology or anything. This was in the evening. A note could have been placed in the room to make us aware there were no towels, or they could have left our towels behind. This was just one experience. Surprisingly unfriendly. Also never received any Expedia VIP rewards or room upgrade despite this having been advertised upon by booking.

We liked the way the hotel was decorated - nice but not formal. Our room was spacious. The ac was on a timer of sorts and it kept getting hot. The pillows were not comfortable, but the bed was. The breakfast was very tasty. Our room was not sound proofed from the outside and it was terribly noisy all night during our stay.

This hotel is located in one of the prettiest areas in Lisbon!! Everything worth seeing is within walking distance, can’t beat the location for the price!!! some reviews mention it being loud at night, we stayed in a room with windows to the alley and the street and experienced very little if any noise at night. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and bigger than average, the breakfast could be better but it wasn’t bad, just not a lot of choices but we appreciated that it had fruit, yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, sweets, ham, cheese and coffee, sounds like a lot but other hotels usually have way more than this. No big deal though, the location is great and we’d stay here again any time!

We had 2 rooms here. They were both clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect. We were one block from the busy noise- and yet our building was quiet. It was easy to walk everywhere and we felt very safe in this area. (For reference, it was a 14 minute walk from the fort (Castelo de Sao Jorge), 5 minute walk to the Arch and Commerce Square, and easy to get to hop on/ hop off bus)
