    Effroyable, insalubre et dangereuxLogement envahi par la moisissure, une seule chambre et salle de bain utilisables. L’installation électrique est défectueuse et particulièrement dangereuse. Il pleut dans le lit de la seule chambre « habitable ». Aucune communication avec le loueur, il a fallu 4 jours pour qu’il vienne constater l’état du logement et qu’il nous reloge. Nous sommes client Abritel depuis 25 ans et nous n’avons jamais vu un tel appartement. Pour des raisons de sécurité ce logement ne devrait pas être proposé à la location.

    L'appartement est bien placé, bus à proximité, il est également possible de faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. Heure d'arrivée décalée à la demande de l'agence, puis à notre surprise générale le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée. Après plusieurs relances, le service de ménage et nous avons dû quitter les lieux pour que le ménage soit fait, nous avons perdu 3h. Des travaux sont en cours en face du jardin ce qui provoque des nuisances sonores importantes dès 7h du matin et ce jusqu'à la fin de la journée. Les ouvriers ayant d'ailleurs visu sur nous dans la jardin. De manière générale l'appartement n'est pas propre, douches qui ne fonctionnent pas, humidité et peu d'eau chaude pour 4 personnes. Aucun contact physique avec une personne pour nous présenter les lieux et répondre à nos questions. Pour en conclure malgré le positionnement idéal de l'appartement le reste n'a pas répondu à nos critères au vu du prix de la semaine.
