The staff was nice and the apartment was fine. It was spacious but the bathroom definitely lacked at least one shelf and they charged for ridiculous things. They charged for amenities, towels, even the toilet paper which was clearly the cheapest and thinnest they could find. There's other apartments in the same price range in nicer locations that won't charge you for an extra towel. In addition, the parking they suggest is the absolute worse. Terrible staff, not close, and they take cash only in 5 and 10s.

Amazing location. Airy, clean and very good location. easy communication with host. I wish there would have been a bit more hooks at the entrance to leave the outerwear. Also it gets a bit noisy in the evening, but they provide you with disposable ear plugs for that!

We arrived after hours and the directions to get in to our room were EXCELLENT! Room was perfect for our needs. Stayed two nights ahead of cruise departure. Tough walk uphill from Santa Apolonia train station, but all down hill to cruise port. Could have used a cheap Bolt ride, but we’re just backpacking.

Brilliant location in the old area of town just below the castle. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Very friendly and helpful staff in the office. Apartment on top floor clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen.

As a solo traveller, I felt really safe staying at the hotel and being in the area. Everyone was really nice and welcoming as it was my first time visiting Portugal. Hotel was accommodating as I arrived early and they held my luggage until check in. Front desk was amazing and very pleasant.

Awesome location. A/C is rare so that was a huge plus. Especially in Lisbon. Service was quick to respond. Would book again. Some may find the location challenging if they have mobility issues, however, in that case Lisbon is not a destination that can accommodate you.

Great location in Alfama with bus and trolley stops nearby as well as being in easy walking distance to many places of interest. Room and bed comfortable and spacious. Nice to be able to spread out. It was great to have the small kitchen to prepare small meals/snacks. Very close to many restaurants and bars as well. On the downside, one can hear people moving about in the apartment upstairs and it was loud enough to wake me even with earplugs. Checking in was easy and property communicated well.

Wonderful suite and location

Room was perfect with a/c, spacious, clean, kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, dishes etc. Perfect for a longer stay as there was a cooktop. We only had breakfast in our room. Lots of restaurants within walking distance (right across the street!) Staff was great and checkin was smooth. Excellent communication and they arranged an airport transfer for our party of 6. All 6 of us enjoyed the rooms and locations. Bring your comfortable walking shoes, lots of hills in Lisbon and the cobblestone was slippery. Well worth the money!
