though not as little as it seems from the outside. you could walk to the metro in about 5 to 10 minutes (depending on entrance) which is also where the bus from the airport would leave you. pleasant staff, room sevice is great. roomsa re what you would expect in europe, but very comfortable.
The Hotel met our expectations. The complimentary shoulder massage was awesome. My Mom and I enjoyed our one night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Taxi's are abundant and prompt. I recommend to all who visit Lisbon.
Front desk so helpful and enjoyed our conversation with trainee who was learning hotel management. He was working in the restaurant and was so polite, I think he will have a bright future. Bus was close by to take us to city center. It seems like most hotels in Europe do not have air conditiong in rooms that actually cool the room. Only downfall of trip was rip off by cab taking us to airport.
I was happily surprised with the great value Neya Lisbon offers. For a very affordable price they offer remodeled modern rooms. The staff is very curtious and friendly, ready to help at all time. I was definitely happy with the stay at this hotel and will consider to come back.
