Cute place. Super comfortable. Bed is nice. So comfortable I had a hard time getting out of it! The bedroom is relaxing, lots of amenities. Has iron and ironing board. The living room and eating area is elegant. Fun to hang out with friends. I did not use the kitchen much, other than the bottle opener...haha. But has lots of kitchen utensils if you do want to cook. The area is OK. Not perfect. Lots of food, restaurants, cafes, bars, small stores, and supermarkets. My primary contact at Lis Apartments was Sandra. Sandra is super responsive and helpful with any little thing I needed. Some related to the apartment and some around the area. Excellent support!

Pros - apartment is well set out, with good amenities and you would easily be able to cook well there. It has a dishwasher and washing machine. The lady who met us was friendly and helpful Cons - (not really the fault of Lis apartments but) the area was full of bags of open rubbish, flocks of pigeons and dog mess on the road; during our 2 night stay some was collected but more rubbish was dumped. The area did not feel unsafe, just dirty. The apartment was not well soundproofed, the people of the floor above us sounded like they were tap-dancing across the floor nightly. There were no smoke alarms in the building. The laminate had 'blown' in several places indicating a previous flood. It smelled a little musty. It was expensive for the area.

The young man who showed us in was very nice. Everything was as expected. The property was clean and convenient. Very good for our family with two adults two kids. Unfortunately there was no one there when we arrived and it’s a little scary when you arrive in a new country and no one is there to let you into your room. My young son desperately needed a bathroom and unfortunately could not get to one in time. Not the best way to begin. Otherwise very good. Thanks!

Great spot for two adults - two children. Adam (property mgr) was very communicative before our arrival and the boy Edam (sp?) who checked us in was very friendly… unfortunately we only stayed 1 night on a transfer from Paris to Lagos so didn’t get much time to explore the area - but the nights rest was great, quiet too

Apartment was comfortable. The location was great- was nervous at first climbing the hill as it was our first time in Lisbon but it turned out to be lots of fun experiencing the true culture of Lisbon and very nice people around. Lovely apartment

This apartment was just so cute. It was clean and had lots of sunlight. It was fully equipped, it even had a washer and dish washer. It’s a very central location and you can literally was everywhere. The host was very nice as well. They contacted me before I checked in and was accessible by WhatsApp. I was able to call him when the cab driver needed direction, which I greatly appreciate. Love this place, highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful experience in Lisbon

We were very happy about our accommodations! The apartment was spacious, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The check in was timely and although we were there more than to hours before check in time we were allowed to move in when we arrived. We ordered shuttle service from the airport. Our driver was waiting for us st the airport and it made our arrival smooth.

OK place, but you might want to continue looking

The apartment is large, clean, and comfortable. The only room with air conditioning is the bedroom. The "terrace" is about 3 feet by 3 feet and located in the interior of the building, so there is no view but concrete walls. The building is located on top of a large hill, so the walk back from old town or the city center is long and uphill. You better be in good physical condition.

The apartment was very beautiful and clean. Also the manuals on the coffee table placed helps a lot for any reference. The care taker was reslly helpful when we asked her for more dishwasher tablets. Very convenient location if dependent on lot of public transport. The seafood restaurants are really wonderful especially cerjaverio Ramiro..awesome. next time I happen to come to Lisbon will definstay at Lis Apartment . 5 stars..Thanks Adam for all the help and arranged really loved it.
