not a good experience at ALL!!!! we arrived to the hotel a little past midnight for check in, we get checked in and go to our room exhausted, to find that someone else was already in the room they gave us.. how scary & unsafe… the staff then moved us next door to the “nicer hotel” (I’m guessing there were no rooms available at the first hotel). the staff were too nonchalant for my liking.. this is a HUGE safety concern, what if the people in the room attacked my friend & I? or what if the roles were reversed and my friend & I had random people with access to our room in the late hours of the night. to compensate we were offered free breakfast that was lackluster.. on the last day of our stay they tried to hand my friend a bill for breakfast that supposed to be our compensation!! on top of that they tried to charge us twice for the city tax that was already paid upon check in. staff was not friendly and I’m extremely disappointed in this “5 star hotel”.. that not to mention had a leak in the room as well.. would NOT recommend in the future

We had a great stay at the Ikonik Hotel Lisbon Airport. The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short drive from the airport, which made it perfect for an early flight. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and efficient. Despite being so close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet and relaxing. Overall, an excellent choice for anyone needing to stay near Lisbon Airport!

But EXPEDIA lied, saying that they offer 24-hour transportation to the airport. This was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Ikonik staff said they had asked you to correct this but it hasn’t been done. Another reason for me to NOT book through Expedia next time.

Very comfortable bed and crisp linens! Perfect location for a quick overnight between flights. Walked down to the waterfront for a salad at a busy restaurant. No problem hiring a ride to airport in early morning from there!

It’s a modern hotel close to the airport, staff were very nice and checked us in before 3 pm. Breakfast is good and there is a large shopping mall walking distance from the hotel. Not sure about the sink being outside the washroom… Expedia advertised the hotel with the free shuttle to the airport but in reality, there is no shuttle in this hotel. Otherwise it is a convenient stay before traveling from the airport.

Front desk staff was extremely accommodating when we asked to check in very early after a very long flight from the US. Loved the area near the river. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby, as well as the train station. City center was a quick train ride.

The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. My room was on the street side which was a little noisy from cars and the nearby train but I slept well. Lovely linens. The breakfast is a true buffet. It has something for everyone. They do have parking but I didn’t need it. Good accessibility for travelers with disabilities such as myself.
