Very nice facility. I had a single room. Very small but perfect for me. It had everything I needed besides being clean as a whistle. Staff super helpful and cheerfully assisted me with a few logistical concerns. Be aware that this hotel is at the top of the Alfama neighborhood. It is an area of super steep and narrow streets. Taxi got me right to the front door, but Uber is stopped a bit from entrance and requires a 2 minute walk. I had stayed in a more convenient part of Lisbon earlier in my trip, but I chose to stay in this area for contrast. It’s an easy and interesting walk down to the riverside, but I needed Uber to go back up. This is a long winded way of saying I liked the hotel, though it is not super convenient but certainly not a deal breaker.

Hotel is nice, and staff was very friendly and helpful. There wasn't a lot of closet space to hang clothes, and only a few small dresser drawers. The breakfast is decent. It's in the Alfama neighborhood, which is very unique--it's a maze of narrow streets, and no matter which direction you walk, you'll either be going up a hill or down a hill. It's quaint.

It was central to historical sites. The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly.

Nice, affordable hotel close to many areas of interest. Small room and bath.
