Cockroaches. I reached out to the company about seeing cockroaches , and was completely ignored. It did not make our stay comfortable or pleasant. The actual unit is located nowhere near the "head office" that you need to go and get the keys from, which wasn't clearly communicated, so we wasted so much of our time "checking in", and when we finally did pick up the keys, the woman wasn't very pleasant. Also, broken shower tiles. Like, severely broken, basically falling off. I would not recommend staying here. Especially if you have children.

Ok, but room condition not great.

Great location is something I’d like to state is the key here. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Next to tram line (28) and easy to get around. Bathroom had both tap arms missing, so not easy to turn on/off. Blocked sink on arrival. I contacted for help but they were not able to get some one out until the next day, not great just for one nights stay. Towels arrived later in the afternoon? TV did not show any working channels. Kitchen well equipped and good area

The apartment did not look like the pictures, for example - the couch in the picture is a white sectional but when we arrived, it was a dirty grey couch (not a sectional). The walls were dirty with stains (we took pictures), the counter top in the kitchen was also dirty. The kitchen chairs cushion and the bench were dirty + dusty and stained. There were no hand towels or soap so we had to buy our own. The stay was unpleasant as we were quite uncomfortable in a dirty apartment.

Central apartment

The location was great, right in the center of town. The apartment was very nice and perfect for our family. The cell phone provided with the room made taking Ubers around town very easy, which is what I would recommend for four people. The airport pickup didn't happen. The driver didn't show up and we were never notified but we ended up saving money taking an Uber instead. I would recommend skipping the airport pickup and just take an Uber or cab. We were able to check-in early so we had a place to keep our luggage right away. The only complaints were the cleanliness and the noise. The place could have been cleaned better. And since we were in the center of town, it was noisy until very late in the night. Closing the windows did shut out most of the noise but they needed to be open to cool the place off. All told, we really liked the place and would definitely recommend it.

Die Unterkunft ist angemessen für den Preis, den man bezahlt. Leider ist die Administration von Homing eine Katastrophe. Ich habe mich ein paar Tage vor dem Check-in bemüht, Info zu bekommen, wie ich den Schlüssel bei der Unterkunft bekommen kann. Ich wollte ja nicht extra zum Homing Welcome Center fahren, um dort den Schlüssel für das Apartment abzuholen. Trotz Versprechen von der Administration von Homing haben wir bei der Landung in Lissabon noch immer nicht die Info gehabt, wie wir in das Apartment kommen. Zudem hat die Administration von Homing die Kaution von €250, die man vor Check in bezahlen muss, nicht von sich aus zurückbezahlt. Erst als ich zwei Wochen nach dem Check out die Rückzahlung der Kaution urgiert habe, wurde sie zurückbezahlt. Offensichtlich hofft Homing darauf, dass die Kunden vergessen, die Kaution zurückzufordern.

L’appartement est bien situé dans le quartier de l’alfama...!!! Très bien décoré ...!! Il mériterait un coup de peinture blanche pour le rafraîchir!! Le gros bémol c’est les petits cafards qui sortent du lave vaisselle....on n’est pas trop dans le prenium....!! Nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial pour se désagrément....!!!

Great location but needs some “help”

Location is fabulous, near St.Jorge Castle, Metro and cozy spots in Alfama, however one bedroom and kitchen/living room very noisy due to trolley line right outside. Not much sleep on that side (main bedroom). Had to wait 50 min. for key (booked the place less than 24 hrs in advance so no key delivery time could be set up ahead) and apartment was not cleaned (about 4 pm). Did not have to pay cleaning fee but our short visit was cut shorter due to the one hour wait to get apartment cleaned. White sofa was dirty, small bugs in kitchen drawer showed up at night, some minor damage to door frame, one window would not close, coffeemaker but no filters. The plus side is the location, washer in unit, comfortable set up (if above mentioned issues were corrected-nothing can be done about the street noise). This could be a nice apartment but I would not stay here again.

Établissement bien situé dans un quartier ancien

Mauvaise surprise car c’etait sale et le menage mal fait malgré la présence a notre arrivée de la femme de ménage !! Pas de balai pas un aspirateur pas de produits ménagers donc achat de quelques produits dont du papier toilette aussi ! Emplacement au top au coeur du quartier ancien avec le tram 28 qui passe sous les fenêtres
