Very clean

The appartment itself is clean and spacious. No complaint about that. My complaint is about the above neihgbor. It seems like there are children and they are very loud and up until midnight!! We can hear every footstep and they jump and throw things on the floor. We tried talking with them twice and they didnt answer the door. Very dispointing because the appartment is amazing.
