Check in was 3pm. We arrived about an hour and a half early and front desk would not let us check in without charging us an extra $25. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. Lots of tossing and turning all night. On the good, the staff was nice and it did have a free breakfast that was pretty good along with complimentary coffee and juice.
Well lit parking lot and quiet.
Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Will stay again when traveling through the area.
There was hot breakfast available but was kept behind the desk and when I requested plates and napkins from the front desk like the sign said by the breakfast food- there was no sign and the lady didn't tell me about the eggs and bacon either. Disappointing
The staff was excellent- helped me carry bags upstairs to my room. We also left behind items and when I called about them- they had them at the desk for me. They put cartoons on at breakfast for my kids. The breakfast was awesome!

Thank you for your survey! We do have a sign located at the front desk, and it states "ASK US ABOUT OUR HOT BREAKFAST". We have a select few items that can be taken to the guests' rooms to be heated in the microwaves. We are not serving hot breakfast at this time. Thank you for choosing Cobblestone.
