No 303 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owner family suite located 30 steps up on the top floor. Amazing ocean views can be enjoyed from the balcony, and a stocked kitchen is perfect for families or longer stays. With a bathtub for the kids, this condo sleeps up to 6 guest on 3 Queen beds: two in the bedroom and a Murphy Bed in the living room. Guests also get access to the HOA-maintained pool, as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi and an easy beach access staircase on the property.

The Space:
No 303 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite located 30 steps up on the top floor. Amazing ocean views can be enjoyed from the balcony, and a stocked kitchen is perfect for families or longer stays. With a bathtub for the kids, this condo sleeps up to 6 guest on 3 Queen beds: two in the bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Right on the Beach

The location is right on the beach, although parking wasn't the greatest and somewhat small parking spots. The unit could use a little updating but overall wasn't bad. The lock of the door was a bit tricky at first but we figured out after the first couple of times. Walls are thin and I could hear neighbors snoring through the wall. It worked for us this time.
