Ground Floor Beachfront Condo Suite - Sleeps 4 - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:

'Anchor Management' is what we call this premium oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed and a pull-out, has two full bathrooms, an electric fireplace for ambiance and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Unit 117, which we call “Anchor Management,” is a premium, beachfront condo on the ground floor.



The oceanside suite includes a simulated fireplace, 42-inch TV mounted against the wall, pullout sofa, dining room table and a full kitchen with cookware, range, large refrigerator and a dishwasher. 



This condo got a nice makeover in April 2018. The owners installed new hardwood flooring (not yet pictured) to go with a new sofa bed and other upgrades.



Anchor Management has huge sliding doors that open right up onto the edge of a long sandy beach. Take complimentary beach chairs onto the grassy patio, where you can watch your children build sandcastles below, and look for the bobbing heads of harbor seals in the shallow waves beyond. Walk north 10 minutes to some natural tide pools. Walk south and wade in the D River, the shortest river in the world.



The master bedroom includes a king bed as well as another flat screen television and second full bathroom.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
