You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Peru Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 18%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Peru. The exemption applies only to stays in Peru not exceeding 60 days.

These fees and deposits will be charged at check-in, check-out, or the time of service.

• This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business, or profession.
• This property has outdoor spaces, such as balconies, patios, terraces which may not be suitable for children. If you have concerns, we recommend contacting the property prior to your arrival to confirm they can accommodate you in a suitable room.
• Charges for extra guests may apply and vary depending on the property's policy.
• A cash deposit, credit card, or debit card for incidental charges, as well as a government-issued photo ID, may be required at check-in.
• Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in and can't be guaranteed. Certain requests may come with additional charges.
• This property accepts credit cards. Cash is not accepted. 
• Onsite safety features include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, and a first aid kit.

Additional information about polices, regulations, and more:

• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarized supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
• The seasonal pool is open from December 21 to March 20.
• Pool access available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed in guestrooms.
• There are no elevators.
• No cribs or infant beds are available.
