Great people, great service!

We arrived very late and they were ready and waiting. Then we had a very early departure in the morning and they even made us a to- go breakfast before their breakfast time. So very accommodating, i couldn't recommend them more. Great price as well. Only caveat is the street it's on appears a little sketchy but i think that's pretty typical of most of the streets in the area. The inside is very clean and nice. 5 stars all the way

The owners and staff are wonderful. When my daughter forgot her purse (with our passports in it) on Uber, Janet spent a lot of time making phone calls and typing messages for us that led to the purse’s return. The place is clean and quiet. We also got breakfast to go for early morning flight.

What a wonderful place! It was great to meet Janet and Bernie, the hosts. They are really kind people that make “home” feel like exactly where they are. It’s hard to do this when traveling (I love adventure, but having a place that feels homey away from home is irreplaceable). I will likely be back to Peru and will stay here again! Clean, nice, affordable, and comfortable … what else do you need?

The hotel location is very convenient to walk to many restaurants, shops, parks in Miraflores. It’s not on a main busy street or around any bars so it’s pretty quiet at night for light sleepers. I wish the female employee at the front desk was more friendly though. Otherwise it was a good stay.

I was in Lima for 3 days and i was looking for a budget hotel in Miraflores. I noticed this hotel has lots of five star review. It is walking distance to Indian market, Inka plaza, Cat park, and you have tons of options for dining. The staff specially Janet is very nice. The hotel is family business, and Janet or her husband were always there to assist me with any questions. The room was super clean. It was 10 times cleaner than any hotel I stayed in Europe or US! The breakfast is very simple, so do not except to see a large buffet, it is good for the money that you pay. In Miraflores it is impossible to find a hotel at this price. To go back to the airport, Janet booked a taxi in advance and everything was so enjoyable during my stay. If i go back to Lima, i will go back to the same hotel.
