I stayed for a full week and I enjoyed my stay a lot. The Executive Room is a great thing if you are upgraded. The Le Cafe buffet has even Vegan selections (not all that common in Latin America) and Le Fondue and La Locanda restaurants have a great atmosphere and great food.
The staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. When I had splinter from Cactus (outside hotel) in one finger, asked for help from the restaurant manager during breakfast, he quickly found a medical lady took me to her office to help me out. While on my way to her office in basement, I saw the whole kitchen was clean & organzied. Above all these, The most comfortable bed ever! The only issue was after we checked out, went for a lunch in Gourmet Deli before we headed to airport, we were told the 15% discount coupon was no longer valuable. Emmm, at least it should last the whole same day?
After a long work day coming back to the hotel is really a relaxing nice experience. Rooms are comfortable, personnel is very nice and in room service and food amazing. I have stayed here twice for business already and will definitely continue to do so.
The hotel was in great condition, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the SPA was beautiful. I traveled around in Peru and got to stay at two other locations and the Swissotel was the number one...no comparison with the others. Great experience!
We stayed one night at this hotel on our way to Cusco. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. We arrived fairly late and we had to get food from La Locanda. The breakfast buffet had a variety. The hotel seemed more business stay rather than a family stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.
i paid 2 nights but planning to stay 1 night only but manager didnt accomodate us either by upgrading the room or offering any extra services and even when we are in our room we are tring to use the phone for lacal call and my friend didnt give his credit card and so hard to let us borrow heter phone for a simple local call
I stay in Lima usually three to five times a year, and have tried a couple of places. Came back to the Swissotel this time hearing they are Accor, so for my loyalty program. But probably not again. The good things: The block is modern, nice and safe. Outside cafes, restaurants, bars, shops in easy reach Spacious room and bathroom Nice soft and thick towels and great bed Two bottles of water per day and room Ironing board and iron in bathroom Good breakfast buffet Nice pool, and gym with instructor Nice piano music in lobby bar at night Below standard: Efficiency of reception — long queues any time of day No information on anything Have to ask for free of charge WiFi in room Room not really cleaned (toilet, cups, wastebins not emptied) Nobody cares for you Nobody could explain how to make TV work as TV Next time either Atton San Isidro again (also Accor but significantly more personal) or try Hyatt Centric.
It was overall a comfortable stay. The swimming pool facilities was very good. Initially at the check in I had a few issues. I wanted to know about the nearest currency exchange place and the gentleman at the reception gave me incorrect information. If he did not know about it he should have been honest with me. Luckily the lady at the concierge helped me out.
Had a 2 nights stay in this hotel, I liked it very much. Everything a 5 star has to offer, with very kind and helpful staff. The looks is a bit outdated, it’s 90s style, but it’s ok. Excellent nights and breakfasts. Would return happily.
All was good but in my opinion need to update the style to a modern deco. Best location for a business trip. The food is good but need more options , its all about fish. Bed and the room in general are confortable but a little bit old fashioned.
