This Holiday Inn Express seems fairly new, and the overall feel and presentation is clean and friendly. The staff at check-in were kind and helpful. On both of my stays however, there was no one to be found at checkout. No one to provide feedback on the quality of your stay. Cleanliness is my only complaint, and it specifically was the bathroom. On 2 occasions the bathroom was mostly clean, but the sink had a film and there were hairs around the handles. My 2nd visit, the walk-in shower was filling up and, upon inspection, the drain was completely blocked by a variety of hair. I pulled it away and it drained perfectly, but certainly not something I would expect at a mid-range hotel. The breakfast buffet was above average and the coffe was actually good. Overall an okay spot, but slightly below some of the other similarly priced options in this area.

When I went to check in, Manager advised he was sold out as I had not guaranteed my room with a credit card. I explained I went through expedia and room was paid for as I used my one key cash. Manager said they do not deal with Expedia and proceeded to say he couldn't help me in any way, he was sold out. No offer of trying to assist with the other Holiday Inn in the area, just out and out rude!!. Thanks
