Wonderful Birthday Stay

We had a weekend planned for a 50th birthday for a friend. This wonderful home helped make the weekend really special for her. Nicholas was extremely helpful, letting us drop off our bags so we could make the most of the Christmas markets. The house was perfectly positioned in Lille and had everything we could possible want for the weekend. I highly recommend it.

Very Comfortable Home/ Very Convenient Location

We are a family group of 9 senior citizens. Most of us are experienced travelers who demand a certain amount of comfort from our accommodations. This downtown house in a pedestrianized area of Lille "filled the bill" beautifully. The house is easy walking distance from convivial restaurants, a wide variety of shops and services, and rail stations (although I recommend taking a taxi from either of the Lille rail stations when you first arrive with your luggage). Paris just an easy 1-hour train ride away from Lille by TGV. Even with 9 of us, we did not feel at all cramped or crowded in the house. We loved the luxury of having 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms which afforded us each some privacy. The galley style kitchen with every modern convenience worked well for us. The gathering spaces ( dining area, living area, and patio ) encouraged long conversations among the 9 of us. Our host, M. Fruchard and his property manager M.Clerc-Renaud were both helpful and gracious. We enthusiastically recommend this property.

Je viens de faire un séjour magnifique à Lille Avenue, la décoration est très originale, l'accueil chaleureux, le maître des lieux accueillant. La terrasse est très agréable. Je vous recommande chaudement ce passage obligé lors de votre séjour Lillois.

Un séjour parfait !

Tout d'abord, les personnes gérant ces lieux sont très agréables, disponibles, réactives dans leurs réponses, ce qui facilite les échanges. L'accueil est vraiment chaleureux. Ensuite, Lille Avenue : une magnifique maison avec beaucoup de cachet, de confort, une décoration moderne et très bien entretenue. Pour info, c'est aussi beau que sur les photos ! La situation est idéale, en plein centre de Lille donc proche des gares, des commerces et centres d'intérêt. Nous avons loué ce bien à 10 personnes (convives d'un mariage) et nous avons passé un superbe weekend sans y être à l'étroit car il y a vraiment de la place. Le temps était magnifique, donc nous avons même pu profiter de la terrasse. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à toute personne souhaitant passer un excellent séjour à Lille et ses alentours !

Maison pratique, très bien située et confortable

Maison très confortable et très bien située en plein centre de Lille. Une décoration plus personnalisée et un congélateur font défaut mais au globale elle présente une très bonne prestation. Parfait pour une découverte de Lille en groupes pour un week-end ou un plus long séjour.

Maison magnifique

Nous avons passe un séjour très agréable dans cette maison tout confort . Tout est fait pour que chaque hôte si sente bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût et chacune dispose d'une salle de bains , le luxe ! Les parties communes sont conviviales et la terrasse permet de profiter du soleil ! La situation est idéale pour visiter lille , tout peut se faire a pieds.

Maison authentic et tres comfortable

Cher M. .... On a passé un weekend INOUBLIABLE dans votre belle maison. L 'accueil était si chaleureuse que toute la famille se sentait chez soi. On a même trouvé quelques bonnes spécialités de Lille sur la table. Le séjour avec un poêle à bois, toutes les chambres avec salle de bains, la cuisine bien équipée, les jounaux au petit déjeuner, bref vous avez fait tout votre possible de contenter vos hôtes. "J''ai réservé cette maison le 1er we de décembre avec des amis pour profiter du marche de Noël et découvrir Lille et je recommande vivement cette maison. il est très difficile de trouver des biens aussi grand a louer a Lille et surtout de cette qualité ! La maison dispose d''une situation idéale au centre de Lille et est parfaitement aménagée et dispose de tout le confort !
