Lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Room was a little dated but has everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. The location is great, easy walk from the train stations and central to explore the city. Would absolutely recommend. We had breakfast at the property which was a hot drink, juice then you are provided with bread and pastries. Help yourself to meat, cheese, yoghurts, fruits and cereal.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is perfectly situated for access to the Grand Place, and the Christmas Market in Place Rihour which was the main purpose of our visit. Only a 5 minute walk to Lille Flandres station and 10 minutes to Lille Europe is also very useful.

An excellent hotel. We could not fault it. Staff were lovely - the room was clean, cosy & comfortable (only slight issue was that there was no shower curtain & despite our best efforts, the floor got very wet).
