Located on Kauai's beautiful Coconut Coast, this peaceful retreat offers stunning ocean views, direct beach access, and miles of scenic walking and biking paths just outside your door.
This fantastic property features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the secondary bedroom. With a fully stocked kitchen, you can cook as much or as little as you’d like during your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. This home is over 1,000 square feet plus almost 300 square feet of outdoor furnished lanai space for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, your evening glass of wine, and everything in between. With easy access to private sandy beaches, parks, and the historic town of Kapaa, Kaha Lani is centrally located to enjoy all the amenities of the beautiful island of Kauai. All this adds up to a wonderful vacation by surrounding yourself with the best that Kauai has to offer.

Please note, there is no A/C in this condo. Thanks to its oceanfront location, cooling trade winds and natural island breezes typically keep the condo comfortable, especially when the windows and lanai doors are open. Ceiling fans also help circulate the fresh tropical air.

Amazing property. Accurate description, well appointed and stocked with all the necessities. Walking distance from Lydgate Beach and steps to the ocean right in front of the property with amazing views in any direction. Convenient location to visit any of the attractions, yet away from the main crowds. Coconut Marketplace was also a nice spot for free hula and fire dance as well as great food and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay! Even better than the pictures showed- beautifully decorated with high end products like Pottery Barn, Tommy Bahama, and Dyson. This unit had the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in vacation rental! I really couldn’t have asked for a better appointed kitchen to cook anything we needed to. The unit was very clean, so comfortable, and just perfect for us. Absolutely incredible view that the pictures barely captured!! The location was convenient to all of the stores, excursions, and shops we wanted to visit. We were able to walk to the beach and next door to play frisbee golf. My only complaint was there was no way to lock or bolt the front door- ZERO lock on the handle or inside. This was honestly shocking considering how thoughtful the rest of the condo was done. The only thing keeping people from walking in was a key pad on the outside of the door. Please bring along your own locking mechanism from Amazon because this is not safe- in fact after we checked in and were getting settled a woman walked right in the front door and into the kitchen to look at a few things, which scared my kids and me (there was no knock or anything that was said), so we kept a chair wedged up against the door when we were home. Everything else was perfect and I would love to stay here again, but it is very shocking to me that there is no lock on the inside of the door!

This condo was everything and more than we expected! Oceanfront to see the sunrise every morning! Oceanfront, cement walking trail and beach were in pristine condition. Well kept area. Loved that it was a quiet area all around from the condos, pool and beach. Pool was clean and comfortable. The location is spot on right in between Princeville and the southern/western coast. The condo itself was perfect for 4. Could have had 2 more and still been comfortable. Bedrooms are on one end with kitchen on the other so it was quiet for those still sleeping. Easy to get anywhere on the island from here. We highly recommend this property!

We loved our time here. It’s a beautiful space, well organized, very clean, and great updates to the unit. Even though we didn’t do a lot of cooking there, I appreciate the well stocked kitchen. The ocean views are breathtaking and we love the nice walk to Lydgate park. We appreciate all the nice beach chairs, toys, and gear. Easy check in/check out process, and greatly appreciated the ability to check in early! It’s close to lots of great shops and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful spot! Very clean with everything you need. Enjoyed the beach access, pool and easy parking. Huge supply of beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach toys and a umbrella. Of course it’s hot in Kauai in August and no one has air conditioning, but plenty of fans. Great location. Would stay here again

The beach is very quiet and peaceful. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. As long as you keep the doors open and the fans on it is comfortable though. False Advertising

Definitely was not what we were told we would be getting. We were supposed to have sleeping accommodations for 5; king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 aero mattress. A few weeks prior to arriving; we were instructed to provide all the names staying in the unit. We did so as requested. After a long day of travel; we arrived at the unit and found to only have a king and 2 ROCK hard twin mattresses. We tried to reach out to numbers provided to us. After some time someone responded. Only to find out they did NOT in fact have the accommodations they advertised they would have for us. Now it is after 7pm and was told that we could find something else and would be provided a refund. I called around to several places to try and get some VERY LAST MINUTE reservations for our family. Finally I found something but of course they were not able to accommodate that night since it was so late in the day but could take us for the rest of the stay on the island. We informed these hosts and made them aware of what was happening. We had to stay the one night and were out by about 7:30am. The only thing we used was the showers and a few of the towels. Of which we put in the washer to wash prior to leaving. No one even slept in any of the beds. I had someone sleep in the car and the others slept on the couch and living room chair with our own blankets. I have a text message directly from our host stating they would be issuing us a refund. THAT STILL HAS YET TO HAPPEN!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Lovely central spot

What a lovely place to stay. Near town & airport as well as halfway between other various places/beaches you might like to visit. (The airport was sure handy when we found two things wrong with two different cars after leaving the lot… - just fyi, check the gas gauge & tires!) Only 10 mins walk to Lydgate Beach & the very cute, fun Mamahune tiki bar. Great to have two lanais and two bathrooms as well! A few things could’ve been more perfect, dropped a line to the managers, nothing a big enough deal to call at the time. Overall fabulous spot, would stay again!

Lihue Condo with Spectacular Sunrises

This property on the east side of Lihue is situated centrally for wherever you would want to go on the island. It has a spectacular sunrise view with a paved walking trail running along the beach. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need to get you started. Only negative was there is no A/C which made is slightly uncomfortable during the day. But, with the windows open and fans on at night we slept comfortably.
