The Wellington was built in 1950 and has retained all her charm, along with her upgrades. There is a new concrete walk, front parking pad, side parking pad, front patio (with patio furniture and umbrella in season), back deck (with commercial grill and deck furniture), landscaping, tree swing, and a fire pit with seating.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed. Housekeeping is available on request.
