SpringHill Suites Lexington Near the University of Kentucky

The hotel is near the university. I think for the money we paid it was a little on the pricey side but everything was fine. If you want to be near downtown you will have a bit of a walk to get down there.

They need variety in their breakfast offerings. The same offerings each day is tiresome, especially if you are staying a week.

I have stayed here three times in the past six months. Good value for the room. They have a great breakfast and nice lounge area. Definitely will stay here again.

I always enjoy staying at any of the Marriott branded properties. These are my first pick when traveling for business or pleasure. The properties are consistent in terms of layout, services and quality. As to this particular property, it was what I expected, i.e. very typical of Marriott. The staff was very friendly, the rooms nice and I always enjoy the cafe. I have only one small comment regarding the visibility from the road. There is only one small sign on S Broadway and the property is set back deeply on the grounds and hidden by a few restaurants against the road, thus the building is difficult to visually find. My mapping software ( G* Maps ) actually directed me to drive through an apartment complex near by, but the road doesn't cut through. So there is only one way in/out.

Nice, clean hotel with good food and coffee in walking distance.

This hotel is a great find. It has complimentary hot buffet breakfast, is very close to downtown Lexington and the staff is very kind and accommodating. Room service is available from local restaurants. Also we get real coffee cups in our room which makes enjoying morning coffee that much more enjoyable.

This hotel is in a great location if visiting UK. Best thing is the complimentary breakfast. We are usually in a hurry to get on the road on Sunday morning and finding a breakfast location without an hour wait is difficult. This is a full breakfast right in the hotel.

Room was perfect, clean plenty of space to do my office work. Sarah as the front desk was exceptional. Nice, friendly, follow up to make sure the room was to my likely and referred a quick food stop (The Cookout) while I was there. Overall very good!!!!!

The front desk staff is courteous and helpful. The room was extremely clean. This is a great place to stay in Lexington!

Two things: pool was supposed to have towels but didn't. No biggie for one night. Second, in room card said coffee available 24-7 in lobby. Not accurate. Right next to red mile.

Found this place last minute when we needed to stop travelling because of bad weather. So glad we did! Breakfast was ok, not the greatest continental breakfast we've had, but it worked. Very clean and comfortable!!

Everything was great the room was really hot the staff said they would fix it but that didn't do me any good at 2am. I would come back it's a great hotel.

Easy to find just south of downtown... Closed convenience mart and Mexican restaurant in front are off putting, but the hotel was recently renovated and is very nice inside. My suite was very clean, bright and comfortable and the staff was great. I'd stay there again.

Rather average in amenities... the studio room with a sleeper-sofa is reasonably sized, but the sofa-bed was, I hear from my son, pretty uncomfortable. Wi-Fi is free, breakfast is varied and reasonable. Located close to campus but a long 8 blocks from city center. Not too much around it. Overall, a reasonable choice but nothing to brag about.

I was in town for a concert. The hotel was easy to find, the staff was very polite and helpful and the room was very nice and clean with great amenities. The pool area was also very clean and kept up. I would highly reccomend this hotel.

Spacious room, friendly staff, suite had a refrigerator and overall met my needs for the stay. Lighting could be better, but it was very pleasant for the price.

We hadn't stayed at this location before but when I checked in, the hotel clerk asked if I had stayed at any other location and when I said yes, he welcomed me back. The check in process was seamless!! Our suite was very spacious with the amenities that we needed. Very comfortable and I would recommend them to anyone!!

We did not have a single complaint about the stay in the Spring Hill Marriot. It was a beautiful hotel, amenities were great, and the staff was super friendly / helpful. They catered to the smallest of needs including a bottle of milk for our18 month old daughter before bed time. Thank you for a great stay!

Qucik stay in Lexington to drop off daughter for college. Great room, awesome staff, amazing breakfast. How can you not like "make your own waffles"?! There is also a pool and workout room if you have time. Hotel is very close to campus-easy access to everything in Lexington :)

We had a pleasant stay, but as it was far too short to make a complete reveiw, I will say that the only thing that could have been better was if the complimentary breakfast started before 7:00 as that was the time we had to be at the convention center. Although the server at the breakfast area did her best to get our 6 year old and us something to eat before we had to leave ! The room was very nice !!
