From the minute we unlocked the door it was bliss. Well done decor and a dream layout for family conversations in the kitchen, basement and hot tub. The hot tub was perfect after the graduation. Our dog loved it too. We were ready to move in. Seth is an amazing host. Check in and iut was a breeze. Our family even if the pickiest is ready to come back to this house. Thank you Seth for a memorable graduation weekend!

We stayed here with a group of 10 women for a college reunion. There were plenty of beds for each of us and the space was perfct for catching up. We did have a chance to use the hot tub too and it was fabulous! When we arrived, there wasn't any body wash in the refillable containers (not a big deal, I was more just letting him know) but I let Seth know - he promptly had someone go to the house to refill them which was nice.

The common areas were good for our group to hang out and be together. The communication with the host was excellent. A small issue: When we got there there was no hot water but the host immediately talked me through how to get the water heater going again.

This property was perfect for our family to stay during the Keeneland sale. Plenty of space for all 8 of us, great location close to downtown, restaurants and the grocery store. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was clean upon arrival. He even allowed our dog to stay and had a fenced in back yard for him to roam around in. Seth went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even made a late night drop off for some supplies we were short on. He went above and beyond. I would recommend staying at any of his properties in the future.

Very nice and cozy place. Very well kept. Reminded me of a beach house with all the white colors. Very inviting and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Top notch rental and renters. Seth was easy to get up with, answered emails immediately and really had a nice place.

Great location for all the fun Kentucky offers

We stayed as a family of 8, the house worked for us. As a side note, the downstairs cools a lot faster than the upstairs & it gets cold down there. While we were there we visited mammoth cave, Louisville slugger, the gorge underground, Abraham’s birthplace & childhood home, the original KFC & the Cumberlands gap. It was a great trip with lots of memories made.

Great home and great location!

We had a small family group get together for the weekend in Lexington for some disc golf and visiting. Our stay was just as advertised: easy, clean, and inviting! The location was just perfect for our weekend plans, and the house was exactly what we needed to give everyone their own space.Communications with the host were friendly and helpful, though we needed no help to enjoy the beautiful home.The whole group agreed that we will definitely look to stay here again next time we are in town!

Tremendous Hosts & Cozy, Welcoming Property

The house was everything we could’ve asked for and more for our trip. The space was cozy and welcoming and the communication with the host was fantastic. Great space

We have family in the area we visit a few times per year. This is the second time we have stayed in this property and it was a wonderful experience. The home is well decorated, clean and has very comfortable beds. We will rent it again!

Perfect for our needs!

The property was perfect for our needs and as advertised! It had good proximity to downtown and also let us get back and forth to the Kentucky Horse Park easily. The property manager was extremely responsive to the few questions we had clarifying how to address specific location policies.

Beautifully decorated and close to UK campus

Two families moving 3 kids into UK so this home worked out as the perfect home base. Accessible to any major store and nice to come back and relax in the hot tub. The owner was wonderful with communicating all details. Highly recommend and would stay again!

House was nice and a great back yard that we were able to comfortably play Bags in. House had enought room for us all and the bedrooms wer great sizes for all of us to be comfortable. Eay ride to other locations in Lexington and quick pick ups from Ubers and Lyfts.

Great Location

Overall a great place to stay. There were VG11 of us total, 5 adults and 6 children ages 3-10. We had a long weekend family vacation. We were only at the house a couple of hours in the evenings and to sleep so didn’t use the kitchen other than to make popcorn. The lid to the pan did not fit so was somewhat messy to make. The air conditioning was fair. The downstairs was freezing for the girls but my son loved the temperature for sleeping. Upstairs was tolerable with window units in bedrooms. There were a lot of June bugs, and a few other bugs that got in from somewhere. We were careful to turn off outside lights when coming in and out to keep bugs at bay but as I said they kept getting in somehow. It was rather pricey but I appreciate being able to stay here because it was not easy to find a place for that many people. I would rate this place an 8 out of 10 due to the price, bugs and kitchenware.
