Better than most hotels in this price range. Clean, kind welcome, easy check in, cozy lobby, simple but clean rooms. Our bed was very comfortable! It was exactly what I would expect for a $70-$80/night price. I would definitely stay here again!
Very clean, both in the room and in common areas. Very quiet for a hotel near the interstate. Staff was awesome. Will definitely stay here again andcagain.

The check in staff was very polite, the breakfast and staff at breakfast was horrible my fiance had spoiled milk for his cereal the sausage was cold the sausage gravy was also watery
Nice hotel, not too crazy about he location (next to an old strip club an lots of empty lots) The first night we stayed, there were kids running thru the hallway and loud hitting on the walls. I booked thru Orbitz as being close to a location I needed but it wasn't. During payment I had to swipe card 3 times, 1 payment went thru, the others 2 are a still pending to delete because the person at the front desk didn't know how to recall the erroneous payment. Hotel need to train ALL staff in these matters.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on my birthday. It was nice! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I'd definitely stay there again.
...but, once in the room saw problems. We saw a few bugs. Looked like gnats or fruit flies. Checked the mattress and did not see signs of bed bus. The bathroom looked clean, but when really looked at was dirty. The shower head had red mold all over it. The bathroom floor had a filmy grime. The carpet had stains. There was a strong smell of men's cologne. The elevator and first floor (which, you have have to go through from the parking lot) reeks of cigarette smoke. The complimentary breakfast was good and included a waffle maker, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, sausage patties, egg patties, and sausage and biscuits. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was not a bad experience, but definitely lack luster. I do not think I would stay there again.
The staff was rude and unhelpful. We had no telephone in the room although the desk clerk insisted that all rooms had telephones. We were supplied with only one washcloth and a handtowel on one night and when we asked for bath towels, we were given two small thin frayed pool towels. Overall, would not stay there again.
We were in Lexington, KY for the World Equestrian Games. I had made reservations months in advance through [...]. I believe we were gouged for the room at about $250 a night. When we checked in on October 5th, I asked what the room rate was at that time, and the clerk said $99 a night! The room was dirty from the day we arrived. The first thing I noticed when I opened the door (at 11:00 pm) was that the bathroom smelled of mildew. I have had previous experience with smelly shower curtains and knew that is what it was. I immediately took the shower curtain off and went to the office for a new one. That took care of the problem. Nothing else changed from the 5th to the 10th when we checked out. The mirror, walls and side of toilet were all dirty. I cleaned the mirror and one wall myself. One day, we came back to our room and had no pillow cases. The sheets always had holes in them. When I went to the pool (once) there were no towels, so I had to trudge all the way to the front desk after a long, tiring day to get a towel. The breakfast bar ran out of some food long before closing. Basically, this was the worst Comfort Inn I have been to. I always try to stay in Comfort Inn or Comfort Suites, as they have always been clean, friendly and reasonably priced...but not this one!I don't like being taken advantage of and paying more than double for the privilege!!!
Overall it was a great experience.
