Upon my arrival, the lobby reeked of marijuana. Upon entering the room it was noted that the ceiling was separating. Before bed, I paced a medication in the fridge that required refrigeration. Upon awakening it was noted that the fridge had not stayed closed and the expensive medication was ruined. I feel that I was lied to by hotels.com as they have the hotel fantastic ratings, which made my decision to choose that hotel.

Old Tired and in Need of of Renovation

Lobby was fine but rest of property is old and tired in need of renovation. Poorly maintained and kind of icky. Beds seemed clean and were comfortable. Rough paint, dirty corners generally not the kind of place I would expect for the price. Won’t be back.

I’m not one to complain as stuff happens but this was absolutely terrible and we will never stay here ever again. There is no way the positive reviews are real. Our room was over 80 degrees when we checked in, the AC unit was covered in bugs and mold, mold was growing up the walls, holes in roof and walls, floodlights coming into windows and curtains would not close all the way, bathroom sink wasn’t mounted to countertop and didn’t work, towels were much smaller than even today’s usual low budget towels, staff let a guy setup an entire hookah right outside the front door and more. So unprofessional, unclean, unsafe and terrible all around.

The room was clean except for a toy left by kids from the last stay, the pillows and bed were wonderful!! we had to switch rooms twice due to the TV not working and it never was fixed. The owner tried to fix it the second time we moved but it didn’t work and the heated pool was very cold

Friendly staff. Fast check in. Bathroom uncomfortably small--door almost brushes toilet-- making you have to stand over the toilet to close the door! Also only 2 handicap parking spots and they are farther from the front door than the EV charging spots. Not enough parking for this hotel in general. Breakfast sucked. Sketch area
