Friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, nice beer selection, very tasty dinner and nice breakfast. Good for business trips related to companies situated in the area but not for visiting around especially without car

Hotel was well appointed and typical of the Mercure chain. Room was a reasonable size. Breakfast was good and the outdoor bar pleasant for a few post work drinks, Located near the main road running through the Les Ulis area, so when the traffic was heavy you could hear it!

The bed is really comfortable. Food is delicious, staff is nice and friendly. Unfortunatelly the hotel is in the middle of nowhere far away from RER station. There is no proper public transport in the evening.

As you would expect for a huge business park south of Paris - the staff were good and helpful, decent food and bar and an OK breakfast especially for people on the move. My room was OK but other people had better upgraded rooms, and the internet worked well.

“Why not give your business trip a new direction?" is the slogan, and yes indeed, not being able to work due to poor/no wifi for 2/4 nights is truly to give my business trip a new direction. I chose this hotel because it was my compannys preferred choice since the office in nearby. The first impression is good, nice staff and fresh lobby, and then when we are going up to our rooms to work, there's no wifi. No hard feelings, i ask the reception and they answer that it will be fixed until the day after, again no hard feelings. The next day I ask again after a long working day if they have fixed the Wifi and the manager says "Yes it is working" in a very rude way. I show him that it does not in fact work and ask if there is a plan to when it should be fixed but he only said that it was late and the technician would come they following day - again. With that said, i think its disappointing that a hotel that host mearly business people don't prioritize this matter. We don't want the WiFi to go on facebook or browsing internet but to work, that's why we chose the hotel. Resturant was not good at all, high prices for bad food and bad service. On the positive side the rooms where very nice renovated with spacious toilet as well as bedroom. Nothing to complain about there.

If you travel internationally for business you know how tough it can be to get good WiFi and good service outside the larger metropolitan areas. This hotel delivered on all fronts. Delicious breakfasts fueled me up for my days and zooming wifi allowed me to work uninterrupted into the evening hours, including video conferencing. If your business is south of Paris, give this, place a try!

This hotel is pleasant enough if you are in the area for work, staff very friendly and evening meal was good but not brilliant, breakfast not a huge choice but more than enough for most. Would stay again if visiting the area on business, that said price was above average for quality of hotel.

Arrived late, good bed, a welcome kettle etc which I had not expected. Good sleep in a perfectly adequate room. Breakfast very adequate indeed although no boiling water for a decent cup of tea. Booked as part of a coach tour

We were a group of three friends with families (in all 8 people); stayed at the hotel from 04 to 06 June 16, while on a short holiday to Paris after our trip to the UK; with confirmed pre-paid bookings. Reached there late at around 2200 hrs on 04 June 16, which the Hotel had already been informed of well in advance. The check-in formalities were straight out of a horror movie. Not only was the receptionist rude and curt as if we had disturbed her evening week-end peace; she was dressed like a vagabond as well. I thought the hotel was a four-star!!!! There was not a single other soul that could be seen. While it is impolite to name people and that too a lady, but I must place on record the most discourteous behaviour of Ms Audrey (if I have spelled her name correctly). When we requested that we would like to speak to the manager/General manager, she very curtly told us that we ought to know that it was the week-end and that the manager could only be contacted on Monday after 0900 hrs in the morning. Initially I thought that there was a communication gap and a difference of perception owing to language issues. However, I realised that she spoke reasonably decent English. We contacted our travel operator; who promptly got on the job and confirmed back to us late in the night that the issues had been sorted out. Our relief lasted barely 24 hrs, wherein Ms "Misery" who was again on duty next evening raked up the issues again in the same aggressive and discourteous manner. It was indeed a nightmare. I am a fairly frequent traveller and am yet to meet a more rude person in a hotel reception anywhere. Despite leaving a message for the manager, no one contacted us to clarify things. I will seriously advise those who wish to travel to that part of the city, avoid this Hotel. I am sure there are better hotels in the vicinity.

We stayed in this hotel as it was close to the site we were working at. Convenience wise this was fantastic. If you are looking for a post modernistic designed hotel, then once again cracking, unfortunately the interior needs an upgrade, carpets decor colour schemes are a little 80's for my liking. The rooms were ok, served a purpose... though the bed was hard, not to my liking. I usually stay in Premier Inns in the UK, this does fall short, also against the level of Mercure hotels in the UK, I'm not sure whether the Mercure brand in France is aimed slightly lower than the brand in the UK. All in all a very pleasant stay with fabulous reception staff who smiled politely at my bungled attempt at the french language.
