A couple of things I would mention 1- you need to have your own hairdryer. 2- linen is only one towel per person (no hand towel) and the shower is small The desk lady was delightful. The walk to the town center is short and it is nice.

This was our first time staying in Paris. While the room itself was spacious and equipped with basic amenities, the overall experience was quite disappointing. Breakfast was decent, but the housekeeping service was nonexistent throughout our 5-day stay. Despite multiple requests (3-4 times) at the front desk for fresh towels and room cleaning, our concerns were repeatedly ignored. We were even told the room would be cleaned after we checked out — which was both surprising and unacceptable. I had to repeatedly request clean towels and laundry bags, which felt more like pleading than asking. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice building in a very safe area. I had a double room for 2 different nights. The first room was okay. One week later, the second room had a broken kitchen sink with water leaking under the sink, filling up the under-sink baskets. The bathroom has peeling paint...it's too bad that this nice property is not better maintained.

We booked the residence for our trip to Paris for Roland Garros tournament. The room was a good one but we stayed the first of three nights without hot water and the front staff were not helpful. I don't think we will give the Tulip Inn a second change. No value for our money.
