Located in the heart of the Bourg des Anses d'Arlet, 2nd favorite village of the French in 2020; our villa offers an exceptional view of the bay. Perfect for holidays, with its ventilated terrace, its swimming pool and its two independent bedrooms; this house built in 2024 is ideal for two couples.
Accustomed to exceptional villas, with L'Hacienda in the Indian Ocean, on Rodrigues Island, we are renewing the experience in the Antilles thanks to Cap KARAIB
Small residential subdivision, located on a hill overlooking the bay of Anses d'Arlet. Tranquility assured. Ideally located, 5 minutes walk from the town's beach, its typical charm and amenities (restaurants, grocery stores, market, pharmacies, health professionals, diving club, boat rental, etc.).

Magnifique villa

Tres belle emplacement, villa tres soignée et bien equipee, magnifique salles de bain, cuisine impeccable, petit bac a punch tres agreable, vue de la terrasse et d une des chambres superbe. Petite attention a l arrivee tres appreciable. La seule petite nuisance ponctuelle durant la journee est l utilisation des garages somaison
