Spacious clean room recently renovated. Great view with a little balcony. Very confortable bed & pillows. The sofa is really useful for chilling and confirtable. The two simmibg pools, beach access, and nautical activities are a must. Also good breakfast !

What should have been a relaxing weekend was completely ruined by this hotel. I booked a Prestige Double Room however I got a really old run down room (room#147) at the older side of the property. On the first morning of our stay a wooden encasement for the a.c fell off and struck my husband in his lower back while he was standing at the sink in the bathroom leaving two cuts approximately 10 inches long. The manger wasn’t present and receptionist was completely useless. Only because we insisted the receptionist decided to call the manager who said that we have 2 options either they call a doctor but it may take all day until he comes or we can find a doctor on our own and they would refund us. We chose the latter. We found a doctor 10 minutes away ( on our own) who administered a tetanus shot. The receipts were submitted to the front desk but no one reached out to us. I should also mention that the drapes are covered in mildew,roaches in the bathroom and the towels were old and discolored. The breakfast was below average. Do not risk your health and safety by booking at this hotel.

STAY AWAY! When I arrived at 11am from the airport, the rude staff refused to allow me to leave my suitcase, relax by the pool or even remain on the property until the official check-in time of 3pm, unless I sat in the bar. Even the tiniest hotels in Paris do this for guests with reservations, and check them in as soon as a room is ready. I finally carried my own baggage to a room at the back of the property and up a flight of stairs. My room, overlooking a parking lot, was not only very out-of-date and remarkably ugly, but I had to leave immediately as it also smelled terribly of cleaning chemicals for several hours. The air conditioning was freezing cold and could not be adjusted, and the relic telephone had no dial tone. The only option for dinner at the noisy restaurant with plastic chairs, was a buffet for an exhorbitant fixed price of 35 Euros. I was told the beach, which I had been looking forward to, was under construction and not to be used. One swimming pool blasted loud music, and the other was spoiled by boisterous unsupervised children. Having travelled from Canada to enjoy a brief stay in Martinique, I could not have been more disappointed! Only one manager the next day was polite and helpful. The fantastic location and view is 5 star, but the hotel should be demolished and rebuilt with a better layout!

Nous voyagions en couple avec notre enfant de 5 ans, et je prĂ©cise que j’étais enceinte au moment du sĂ©jour, ce qui rend les conditions d’hygiĂšne d’autant plus essentielles. Nous avons rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© notre chambre trĂšs tardivement, aux alentours de 21h. Mais Ă  notre grande surprise, l’état de propretĂ© de la chambre Ă©tait loin d’ĂȘtre acceptable : ‱ Un rasoir usagĂ© a Ă©tĂ© retrouvĂ© dans la douche ; ‱ Notre fils a commencĂ© Ă  Ă©ternuer immĂ©diatement aprĂšs son installation dans la chambre ; En inspectant davantage, nous avons dĂ©couvert une quantitĂ© importante de poussiĂšre sous le lit (photos Ă  l’appui) ; ‱ La chambre Ă©tait Ă©galement envahie de fourmis, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un Ă©tablissement de ce standing. Ces manquements ont fortement impactĂ© la qualitĂ© de notre sĂ©jour et soulĂšvent de sĂ©rieuses questions sur les protocoles de nettoyage et d’hygiĂšne appliquĂ©s par l’hĂŽtel. Au vu des dĂ©sagrĂ©ments subis et de notre situation familiale, cette expĂ©rience est trĂšs en dessous de nos attentes et de l’image que l’établissement renvoie.

Naja, das Hotel war gut, aber schon der Empfang durch das Rezeptionspersonal war nicht so nett, was sich wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes auch nicht Ă€nderte. Ich fĂŒhlte mich mehrfach wie eine Bittstellerin. Ein LĂ€cheln gab es nie. Zudem sind die Englischkenntnisse beim Personal mittelmĂ€ĂŸig. Da ist mein Touristen-Englisch besser. Wir hatten nur FrĂŒhstĂŒck gebucht und es gab JEDEN TAG das Gleiche. Die Preise in der Bar waren eindeutig zu hoch, leider gab es keine SupermĂ€rkte in der NĂ€he, die zu Fuß erreichbar gewesen wĂ€ren. In ImbisslĂ€den gab es dann GetrĂ€nke zu einem mittelmĂ€ĂŸigen Preis. Das Zimmer war super, d.h. die Klimaanlage war richtig super, ohne die wĂ€ren wir eingegangen. Die Zimmer wurden tĂ€glich gereinigt und gewischt, bei Bedarf wurden auch die HandtĂŒcher gewechselt. Hier gab es einmal ein LĂ€cheln. Hinter der Bar gab es eine kleine Sitzecke, die nutzten wir mehrmals tĂ€glich, da es dort schön windig und somit auszuhalten war. Ebenfalls war der Strand nicht schlecht, er befand sich in der NĂ€he des Hotel (ca. 200m). Dort standen ausreichend Sonnenschirme und Liegen, die zum GlĂŒck nur wenig genutzt wurden, so dass wir IMMER Platz fanden. Nicht schön waren die Wasserfahrzeuge, die in unmittelarer NĂ€he des Strandes hĂ€ndisch betankt wurden, wobei auch immer was daneben ging, das einfach ins Meerwasser lief. Nicht gerade umweltfreundlich. Ich werde den Urlaub in der Karibik nicht wiederholen. FĂŒr 3000€ zu zweit bekomme ich woanders mehr und besser. Auch der Flug war anstrengend.

Simple parenthÚse de 4 nuits pour profiter du Spa, de la plage et la piscine, OK A fuir le restaurant qui propose le buffet à 40 euros (Beaucoup trop cher)! Chambre à refaire car aspect bien vieillot. Literie ancienne et hyper molle donc elle n'est plus adaptée. Sinon ok pour le reste petit déjeuner varié et copieux.
