House in the ancient village of Pugliola, just renovated with a view of Lerici and the gulf of La Spezia, Portovenere, Palmaria and Tino islands. Sea and road connections with the 5 lands, proximity to the city of Pisa about 60 km and 7 km from the marble quarries of Carrara and Versilia. The house consists of characteristic Ligurian rooms, bright and with new furnishings, divided as follows: kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom with French bed, bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed. Available: bed linen and towels, hairdryer, TV, dishes, fridge, fan oven, microwave oven, washing machine. Excellent location to reach Lerici, San Terenzo on foot (10 min.), Bus stop, post office, food shop, tobacco bar where you can have lunch, 50 meters away from the house, takeaway pizzeria. Possibility to rent scooters nearby, transport to / from Pisa, Genoa airports, and the central station of the province. Wi-fi, air conditioning.
