Overall, this day was OK we felt safe. The staff was somewhat friendly, but the only thing that made me frustrated and disappointed was the fact that when I reserved this hotel, it said breakfast included that is a lie. They will charge you every day and coffee is charged too. I spoke to the general manager and he did not listen. I will not be staying here anymore because of the fact.

Door card reader wasn’t working properly. It would take 5-10 minutes every single time to get access to my room. Area where the hotel is located is a dangerous area according to locals. Wi-Fi suckedand most of the time i would have to disconnect and use my cell data to access the Internet.

Where do I begin? The desk staff aside from valet parking attendant were unfriendly. Thank goodness the parking valet was able to assist me although limited in English - which was understandable. The room was dirty: floor was not mopped (wearing white socks reveal that fact), no blanket just sheets, mold on roof of bathroom, no light bulbs in two lamps leaving only one working, hotel location really..really sketchy, television installed on top of a clothing closet which caused neck cramps just to watch it in addition to the constant buffering due to poor internet/wifi. I will NEVER stay at any Howard Johnson hotels going forward.

No tenían mi reservación, me tuve q contactar con el servicio al cliente de hoteles.com, tuve que dejar un depósito extra de $500 pesos por el tema de que no tenían mi reservación, la persona del lobby con muy mala actitud y sin ganas de ayudar con lo de la reservación comentó que ellos no tenían la reservación y que hoteles.com solo era un intermediario y que lo viera con ellos, cuarto olía feo, la llave para entrar al cuarto me la dieron desprogramada, la televisión no servía. Además mi reservación decía que incluía el desayuno tipo Buffet y en el hotel me dijeron que no era cierto. No regresaría a ese hotel y probablemente nunca más vaya a reservar en un Howard Johnson.

Elegí este hotel por qué menciona tiene desayuno incluido, lo cual es falso, al momento de hacer check in me mencionó la recepción que mi habitación era solo habitación, lo cual no concordaba con lo que la app decía, hablé con soporte de Expedia me dijeron me proporcionarían el desayuno, al siguiente día que quise desayunar con mi familia no me lo permitieron mencionando que a ellos no se los permitían, de nuevo hablábamos con soporte de Expedia y no pudieron solucionar el problema, la chava de recepción me dio un número a donde mandé capturas de que el hotel se ofrece con desayuno incluido todas las habitaciones y no se solucionó nada, mucho ruido en las habitaciones contiguas, la presión y temperatura de la agua de la regadera mala. NUNCA VUELVO A RESERVAR AQUÍ
