Wouldnt stay again

Room was inexplicably hot, with no fans or AC etc - I had to keep window and door open all night adding to background noise from busy road. Pillows also very thin. Communications before we’re very frustrating- with multiple emails stating I couldn’t stay if I wasn’t a student. This included one (automated) after I’d had to email to confirm I could.
