Spent a pleasant night in this relatively new hotel. Marta was super friendly and helpful throughout. Room was immaculately clean and very spacious with some lovely touches - dental kit, bathrobes, slippers. A couple of rather ‘rough’ finishes here and there but could be forgiven in the grand scheme of things. Basic but delicious breakfast available to pre order for delivery to your room. ENORMOUS tv on the wall in the bedroom, which, whilst impressive, seemed like an unnecessary expense as the room was lovely without it. Small but well stocked bar up on the roof terrace/ reception. Bit of a tacky AstroTurf ‘path’ around, but I guess the effect was okay. Good views from there of the square. The only negative was the terrible window aspect from the room I was allocated (rm 5) and it’s close proximity to the air conditioning extractors which, though I didn’t notice them through the night, were rather noisy first thing in the morning. I would book again for a short stay.

The photograph did not make it easy to find, as the entrance was a single glass door tucked between a taxi office and sandwich bar. It was clean and tidy with a contemporary theme throughout, but the room we were given was dark, due to a small high window. Reception and bar are situated on the top floor, and had a limited amount of tables and chairs and a very small narrow balcony. Unfortunately the modern wooden floors in all the bedrooms made it noisy when guests moved around, and we had disturbed nights. The location in Leicester, albeit initially difficult to find, is ideal for shopping in the extensive mall, abundance of restaurants, cinema complex and was a two minutes walk to the car parking, which was at a reduced price by the hotel. The staff were polite but when we checked out did not enquire if we enjoyed our stay. All in all we were slightly disappointed.

The hotel was awful, the toilet was not clean ,the walls paper thin and rattled everytime the doors were closed in any other room. The hotel was very noisy with questionable activities. Left after one night ,

Beautiful hotel, we had room 106 and room 7. Generously sized rooms. We had breakfast brought to our room and it was well cooked food. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit . I didn’t have any meals or drinks in the hotel but there are good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Pho the Vietnamese restaurant is highly recommended.

I booked one night at this hotel largely on the basis of its location - 5 minutes walk to the cathedral and the Richard 111 centre. We quickly offloaded our bags outside - and then parked for £6 in the multi storey near by (normal price is £20 - the hotel stamps your parking ticket). The chap on reception (on the 3rd floor by the bar) was very helpful and the deluxe room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. A small complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a very nice touch and i enjoyed drinking it on the pretty roof top bar while my husband had a cold beer. We didn't eat breakfast as you had to order the night before and we couldn't decide what to have. But it's good value and very central. We would stay here again if we visited Leicester.

A brilliant hidden gem in the center of Leicester. A stones throw from the Richard 3rd visitors center and Cathedral. The hotel boasts large individual rooms with a unique style, furnished to a good standard. The staff were very helpful and welcoming The cost of the room represents good value.

I booked the hotel a year in advance using Hotels.com. I selected the opiton to pay at the hotel in local currency, since I did not want to pay now in GBP and leave the money invested in GBP for a year until I either cancelled or stayed there. The hotel charged my credit card immeidately after I made the reservation - without permission. I had given them the credit card number through Hotels.com only to guarantee the reservation, and my clonfirmation clearly stated nothing would be charged in advance.

I cant be more positive about this hotel. Great location, great rooms, very friendly attentive staff who made you feel very welcome. Zuzana was a great ambassador for the hotel. Were very accommodating and helped with any requests that I had. Will definitely be booking here whenever I'm in Leicester. Thankyou guys.

Really good hotel in a very central location, staff really helpful and friendly and to be honest really good value for money. I was in there just for one night but as I said the experience was really good.

Stayed one night on business in one of the balcony rooms. Slightly difficult to find and taxi driver had never heard of it but once you’ve found the door and hopped into the lift to the third floor reception it’s all surprisingly pleasant. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was sufficiently spacious with windows out onto a balcony overlooking the square which was tremendous to sit out on a hot summer evening. Room had all you would expect of a quality hotel, comfortable bed, great shower, hairdryer, safe, iron and board, robe and slippers and plenty sockets all with USB slots. Slight negatives. There’s no restaurant so breakfast had to Be preordered for a particular time and kept in a warmer waiting for you so do t be late if you want it to be fresh. The square is lively with nightlife which was very noisy into the early hours of the morning. Not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. All in all, a great little boutique hotel with friendly staff in a great location.
