Our 1st VRBO Rental
Simple summary......overall EXCELLENT experience.
The VRBO process was very friendly / easy to navigate. During the selection process I was able to ask questions, to which the owner was quick to respond making it easy to decide / complete our booking with a deposit. Our next step was final payment. As time got close we had a couple of contacts with the owner and he again quickly replied. The owner's check-in was slick, an email with the door code and even had a tablet set-up on the kitchen counter to complete our check-in and provide electronic access to tons of info about our stay.....places to go, eat, activities etc. The property was spotless.....he even had the dining table set-up , impressive. He thought out every detail to make everything "home like"......cleaning mat'l, hand soaps, laundry products, laundry basket, bottled water in the fridge, signage throughout (wooden signs with little friendly sayings), pedal bikes / helmets (which we did use) etc. And a very special touch of a "goodie / treats" basket on the kitchen counter. We are long-time Time Share owners and used to units being complete with the usual things......dishes, kitchen items for cooking etc, good furnishings. But this experience was above and beyond.......Thanks Donald G.
