Location can’t be beat but the rooms is in dire need of a facelift: malfunctioning plumbing, malfunctioning lighting, stained carpets, etc. I did not encounter issues (as it was a frequent complaint in other reviews) with the staff and the food at the onsite restaurant was pleasant.

The once state of the art hotel is in dilapidated condition with carpeting frayed everywhere, old furnishings, and a strange smell. They have also added charges above the orbitz price that nearly doubled the already high costs to stay. Terrible choice.
I could not check-in using a credit card. After trying three separate credit cards, all were rejected and it turns out everyone else had the same issue. After over 25 minutes, I had to pay cash in order to get checked in. My room was definitely in need of updating and repair. The shower basin was cracked, bathroom tiles were missing, and the temperature water in the shower was VERY inconsistent changing from extremely cold to scalding hot several times. It was actually on the verge of being dangerous. The only plus I see is the convenient location in the airport. Other than that, my stay was definitely not worth the price I had to pay for a room. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again, EVER!
Wow! GREAT location at CDG for our early morning flight out! Check/in was quick, room is terrific - and we canNOT believe how QUIET it is with its view of a runway! Nice dinner before we walked to preview tomorrow’s route to our terminal’s checkin point. A terrific hotel overall: BRAVO!

it was nice location, within the terminal, easy access. didn't take long to find the hotel.
Our sink did not drain and I called the front desk before we left for the evening when we returned later that night it had yet not yet been repaired. Mentioned it at the front desk the next morning and nothing was done or offered to make up for the issue.
Concierge on duty Friday August 19 & 20 provided excellent service regarding getting around and what to see in Paris.
