3 Star Hotel...at Best. This Hotel could be more. It needs investment. The STAFF were EXCELLENT !! Attentive & personable. The staff is the saving grace. Young lady name Coralyne (Front Desk) was the first one I noticed. Because she went all out of her way to help me feel comfortable as I could. I was very frustrated from my flight, but Coralyne made it better with her kindness, understanding, and professionalism. Then Mr. Rischi (Bar) was then next one to really make me feel welcomed and relaxed, professionalism and kindhearted conversation. Romane (Hostess at the dining area) was always very friendly and welcoming. My issues however had nothing to do with the staff. 1) When it rained my room window leaked water all night (Room 2325), 2) Twice during my stay my room was not cleaned by the time I came back home at the end of the day. 3) The shower/ bathtub setup is very poor. The bathtub is about 8 inches too high so getting in/ out of the tub is UNSAFE. While showering the water consistently spills to the floor, because the glass shower is not long enough and there is no shower curtain. So, I always need to get extra towels for the floor to keep the water from saturating the floor and adding to the slip HAZARD. I enjoyed the Staff, NICE BIG ATRIUM lobby, but... smh.. This place needs more investment. It should be more than a 3 Star Hotel.
My review is biased because I got upgraded to their best suite. But they still offered the best service and the property was in great shape. The restaurant was airy and the breakfast buffet and egg station was really nice.
Nice place to stay
Airporr shuttle was timely, dinner was excellent, comfortable beds, Starbuck's machine at 6am was a blessing!

Close to airport but nothing else really
Friendly staff, property not as expected , Room has old furniture. The first room they gave us has broken AC and Curtains. They moved us to different room little bit better . It is Over priced
