We arrived at 8pm on a Wednesday night and the keypad did not work to get into the apartment. It took waiting on the phone for 17 minutes with a poor connection to get in. The apartment is pretty basic, but pretty rundown. Part of the sectional was caved in. The bed was hard and lumpy, linens were old and cheap. Sheets were worn and pilling in places. There were 4 towels and 1 washcloth for our party of 4. I did find 3 more washcloths scattered on top of the dryers in the laundry room on our last night there that I washed and put in the unit. There was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes when we arrived. No microwave. The building our unit was located in had no outside marking, after driving around twice I got out and went into the courtyard area to find our apartment. The landscaping is unkept, overgrown grass. With all that said, at $33 a night I would’ve been ok with everything “you get what you pay for” but they also charge a $100 cleaning fee and then expect you to take all your trash out, have your dishes done , etc.. they have a whole list for you. Then they charged a $250 deposit, I’ve never had to pay a deposit bigger than 1 night stay, this was more than the whole stay, There are zero amenities, a Roku tv in the living room, you must use Wi-Fi and login to the apps as there’s no cable. No tv’s in the bedrooms. There were no paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher tabs.. they provided 2 trash bags, a trial size dish soap and a sponge. No pot holders.

Excellent!

A very pleasant experience, the customer service is exceptional, if you have any questions or inconveniences, do not hesitate to get in touch because they respond immediately, it is close to the Army base and it was excellent for me. The place is clean and very quiet, this will definitely be my place when I have to return to Fort Sill.

I loved the interior of the apartment. It was full of everything needed to feel at home. The bed was comfy as was the couch. It was very close to fort sill military base that I visited for my husband's basic training graduation. The bathroom was clean and stocked. The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad. A small issue overall. It's in a very bad part of town that was worrisome. I noticed all the stores I visited had elevated security. The employees of these stores openly said they lock the doors after dark and let people in and out individually. I was told the reason for that was bc it was a bad an dangerous part of town. But overall it was enjoyable. And the apartment was nice. That's the biggest thing.

Great Location

We stayed here for 3.5 weeks while we waited for our house to be done. The location was fabulous. We loved the green space out front and the people were fabulous. We had a few hiccups but they were resolved within hours which was appreciated since this spot became our home for so long. It had what we needed and allowed us to have space during this time. I would only check to see if the unit is smokefree. We ended up living in 3 units because of our situation. One unit did smell like smoke but they were so good and got us into a new unit. I would highly recommend staying here.

Just right for us

This apartment was easy to find and for little green had room to sleep the crew we brought. We felt lucky at check in because the door code sent to us didn't work. The neighbor was moving out and he told us that he had the same issue when he checked in. Fortunately he had a phone number for us to call. WiFi didn't work well to start, but a texting session the next morning got that fixed. The unit doesn't have a microwave, so plan menus accordingly. The TV is on the wrong wall for the sofa arrangement. Okay with those caveats, we enjoyed our stay. It's economic, clean, and worked fine
