Had a very clean room ,only concern was the blinds didnt close all the way and had parking lot lights shining in the room , ... But not a terrible experience,.... We will definitely come back again
Hotel looks nice and clean, but my room 306 had tiny cockroaches in the bathroom! Disgusting. The bathroom door handle was broken. Also, I got bitten by flea or bed bugs. In my arms hands back and legs. I got 7 bites in my right arm, and probably 4 in the other. My husband got also few bites, but I got the most, my arms have big red itchy spots. I also got about 2 bites on the legs. The problem was near the headboard. I got allergic reaction, I will need to see a doctor. We also found a big fat insect on a pillow. It was full of blood. Hotel is pet friendly, this might be the reason for fleas/bugs. You are not able to see critters at naked eye, but you will notice the bites after you spend some time in that mattress. I am not happy at all with this experience.

Mattress too hard, no towels in pool area, hot tub out of order, only one chair in the room, inconsiderate neighbor left dogs barking much of evening, no pet relief area with cleanup supplies and trash can.

Wifi signal seemed to be acceptable, but the interent was spotty, at best, and super slow, at worst. Signs of neglect in many places, like bottom of bathroom door, vinyl strip at edge of bathtub, little things. They have evidently gone to hard foam mattresses, as there was no give there. There is a wall thermostat, for no apparent reason. The window unit seemed to work, but the air coming from it was too cold to let anyone sit near it.
Not very clean and needs some maintenance. Staff was very nice and East check in but really needs updated and a good cleaning.

Close to family neighborhood and friends. Close to stores and gas station.
There’s a draft coming in under the wall heater. The edges of the carpet are not vacuumed. The walls are full of webs, coffee maker does not work and their was not hair dryer or clock in the room. Does not seem that roger than changing linens and removing the trash much else is done.
