Owners were lovely and very accommodating. Location was convenient to everything in Lavallette. The apartment was spacious TV selections were great.

The location is great. The size of the apartment worked well for our family of 5 and two dogs. Parking wasn't an issue. Landlord was friendly...just wish the apartment was in better shape.Check In - the bathroom sink and shower were not cleaned when we arrived -- there was toothpaste spatter on the faucet in the bathroom and the shower basin had sand in it from the previous tenants. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of a bedroom door and two other dirty towels on the floor in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and needed to be wiped off. The grill didn't work. The gauge said there was propane in the tank so I asked how to start it. However, we we determined it was out of propane and the gauge was wrong. A message asking if there was more propane was not answered for 2 days...only when Kevin saw my son was leaving with the tank, did he give him cash for us to refill & then he replied to the message saying it was all good. I had planned to cook dinner and wasn't able to twice.During our stay the doorknob to the apartment broke. We informed Kevin as soon as it happened as I was locked out with our dog. No one responded to the doorbell, message that was left with Ring or the email for quite some time. In order to gain access to the apartment, my son had to remove the doorknob from the inside. For two days the apartment had no doorknob, allowing access to our space by anyone who entered the lower door which was always unlocked.

Beach Apartment

Cute upstairs floor apartment. It has a nice sized open concept kirchen/ living space and three private bedrooms. The deck is nice as well. Easy parking and easy to walk to anywhere. Owners are super nice and welcoming but also give you privacy.
