Upon pulling up to the entrance closest to our room there was huge piles of garbage everywhere. The hallways smelled like pot and the room (non smoking) smelled like smoke. Breakfast was not served until 7am and we had to be out the door to a cheer comp by 7. The Grove restaurant is not as advertised and only open for special events. The tavern is for adults. Not kid friendly. Bathrooms were small and caulking was black from not being cleaned properly. Holes in the walls. Door rotting on the bottom. We immediately went out ans purchased sanitizer and some airfreshener as it was too late to change hotels. We wont be back.

The room was a little dirty, no hair dryer, no ice bucket, no tissues. The continental breakfast was embarrassing. There was no fruit, bagels, muffins. There was no coffee. When I asked the front desk, she questioned me on the fact that the coffee was out.

I liked the location. I did not like the fact that this is used as a Welfare Hotel, housing junkies and such. This should not be allowed to be listed on a Travel Site. When making my reservation, I checked "Pet Friendly" and proceeded to reserve a "King" room. The hotel staff informed me the day of my arrival that none of the King Rooms were Pet Friendly. This should have been taken care of on the Orbitz site.

The Property is Very run down, Shattered glass entry doors, torn awnings, horrible smell in the halls, and there was no breakfast to be had.. The Staff is far too small to handle the responsibilities they have. I had hoped the other reviews were wrong, however they we spot on for the most part.. Shame on Orbitz for continuing to represent this property...

Rooms not fully equipped. No hair dryer No tV remote No closet or rack for clothes

Had to ask for tp and towels, no room straightening. Pool was closed off, prime reason for choosing HJ. The staff was gracious and accommodating. Felt that the amenities & services that were lacking made hotel cost ($600) very over priced.

The room wasn’t cleaned

It was just okay. The staff is EXCELLENT! Kind, friendly, helpful. Thank you.

Leaking roof, Marijuana and cigarette throughout the hallways. AC not working.

None of the ice machine’s were working The towels in room were like bounty paper towel In other words they stink

I found the surcharge for my dog to be excessive, and I don't think it was sufficiently communicated.

The blankets they offer are not thick enough or big enough. When we asked for extras they said they couldn’t provide us with an extra one

Nice room clean also had a balcony which made it awesome
