Coeur de Lava, “Heart of Lava”; 3 bed 3bath house, great space in&out on 3acres.

We now have a big lawn! Our heart themed 3 bed 3 bath house is a great place to come and relax, have fun, and make some memories. We have 4 tv’s, a stocked coffee/cocoa/tea bar, ice machine, lots of blankets, fully furnished kitchen, great views from the 2 decks, 2 miles from lava hot springs, quiet country area where you can see the stars every night when it’s not cloudy, a gas fireplace to cozy up to, tankless hot water heater that doesn’t run out of hot water for those nice long baths, and more! It’s situated on 3 acres for you to take walks on, sit by the outdoor firepit (wood included), sled in the winter. We plan to finish our walkout basement this year to add another 3 beds/2 baths and kitchenette. Our landscape will be coming next month where we plan to add a lawn, flowers etc. We like to have gatherings and play games and offer the same. Each bedroom has a TV. Added a separate ice machine for summer parties and those trips away cause ice gets spendy, right? We are pet friendly and have a nice bed and blanket for your dog or cat and a wire crate for them to sleep in. We have dogs, and they are family to us and want them to be able to relax and have fun too! We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, epsom salt/baking soda for a nice bath, Qtips, makeup remover washcloths, and one of our favorite things is the sink vanities we have in 2 bedrooms where you can get ready without tying up the bathroom. Our washer and dryer are new and we know it’s nice to have modern conveniences available. When showering or going to the hot springs or pools, we have plenty of towels for the house and away. We like to travel and amenities are worth it and if you forget some toiletries, we have you covered. We love Lava and think you will too! The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
