Our room was super nice, I was a little sad we were only staying one night. It’s an easy walk from everything in lava hot springs, I would definitely stay again!

Firstly, our room wasn’t pictured. Suite 7. It’s older. Surely needs some deep cleaning and touch ups to paint, baseboards were filthy and mold growing in the bathroom was gross. The kitchenette has been updated and was SUPER cute and had everything anyone would need for stay with family. We had two separate bedrooms which was really nice for a little privacy. This was more like a 2-bedroom apartment. Overall, we were really comfortable and the beds were comfortable. It’s an older site that just needs a little more TLC to this room. Check in was a breeze, we came in late and the keys were in the box for us. There were games for the kids at the edge of the stairs. The halls were clean. I never got to meet anyone in person so I can’t comment on customer service or staff.

It was close to everything. I was able to park my car and leave it. I walked to all my meals, the Hot Springs, everywhere. It was right next to the blue moon bar, which was fun. It was fun they had games available for playing too. We got the suite, so we had a kitchen. It was super convenient.

Location was great! Other then that you get what you pay for type of deal! Room was ok, bed not that great but fulfilled its purpose.

Had some pros and some cons. The cons being the room was very small and the bed was horrible! There was a list of things we had to do- like clean up the kitchen, put the towels away and take out the trash! I have never been in a hotel that I had to take out the trash I even paid for this! And if you didnt would be charged an extra cleaning fee. It seems ridiculous to me that you pay for a hotel and you expect the staff to clean up after you! The cleaning staff doesn’t look closely at if the cleaning has been done - we had dirty dishes in the cabinet. Plus we had some weirdo knocking on her door at midnight. There is a bar right next-door FYI The pros were the room was cute and close to everything but then again all the hotels are close. I know we won’t stay there again.
