Brekkugerdi Guesthouse

Hidden gem in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a little hidden gem in a very convenient location! The room was extremely clean with a great attached bathroom (and a fantastic rain shower head with perfect pressure). There are lots of places to grab dinner in driving distance. It’s in a quiet area and got a great night of sleep. Unfortunately, it was super rainy and cloudy all day and night so we didnt get a chance to see Aurora, but it’s probably a great location to see it on the right night! We had a great breakfast in the morning with plenty of food and coffee! We would highly recommend this to travelers!

Bella Apartments & Rooms

Great location

Hotel staff never heard of Bobby Fischer even though they had lived there 12 years. My wife hurt here wrist and needed to ice it and was told to go to the market and buy a giant bag. We didn’t do the cold breakfast because it sounded lame. The room and location was great.

Litli Geysir

Nice Hotel Across from the Geysir

We had a comfortable hotel room across from the Geysir. The buffet breakfast had a nice selection of foods. There was hot tea and coffee available to guests in the hotel lobby. The hotel was basic and comfortable, but it's main benefit is it's proximity to the Geysir.
