Get access to all amenities like any other hotel guest does, including the MGM Grand Pool. The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, this Condo/Hotel connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Please arrive early, as there may be a wait during check-in.

The Space:
Escape to your 600 sq ft suite and experience sweeping views of the strip, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, stove top, entertainment center including a flat-screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air-conditioned, with free WiFi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities

We’ve never been treated this badly ever. Due to making travel arrangements with a 3rd party. Room was dirty, mattress in the sofa bed was disgusting and torn. They would not give us shampoo because we didn’t book with the hotel directly and when I emailed the one contact I had they said to use the body wash. Overall the worst experience in all of my travel history

Great location; bathtub was awesome

Great place to stay; just off the strip and everything is walkable. Staff was great; the apartment had everything you'd want and the huge bathtub was awesome. Just to note that the free valet parking is great but some of the valets (not the weekend ones) seemed to want substantial tips every time we took the car out and in, which became quite pricey over multiple days and at one point they gave the wrong ticket and then next time they said they couldn't find our car. It got handled but it was a bit frustrating. Overall, highly recommend this property.
