Night 3 AM Room Smoke alarm started beeping due to weak battery,almost 10 times a hour ,I have reached out to front desk John and he said we cant help and even cant provide any other room,it was a nightmare experience Next morning i called an associate and it still didn't helped,I met Chris Jimerson the property manager he was very good while talking but when it comes to real terms he didnt helped, Overall a very terrible experience
For the most part the Hotel was awesome. What I didn't like was the shuttle service. I needed to go to find some sunburn ointment of some sort, and they would not shuttle me to anyplace, but one of your staff members suggested to walk to the corner store a few blocks away. Which I did. This is not a corner store I think you should suggest to anyone for anything period! I felt like I was going to be robbed at any second, so I just Uber'ed to a CVS instead. I think the staff should be more away of where they send guest, and maybe just maybe offer shuttles to help out in situations like this especially late at night. Just food for thought. Other wise everyone was very nice and attentive.

Close to the strip. Very clean & new. Beds are on the firm side but not too uncomfortable. Bathroom doors roll instead of hinge so it does give less privacy & makes it less quiet. If your traveling with someone else they will hear you!

Hotel was nice and contemporary style, staff was nice. I didn't enjoy the fact that they were cleaning the floors on one of the nights I was there and I had to take stairs to the sixth floor after walking all day at a convention, cleaning staff was blocking the elevators and there was water all over the floors, also I didn't personally think the breakfast buffet was worth $15.99 as options were limited.
