Fiesta Henderson Hotel and Casino

3.0 out of 5.0

I've been pleased with all the Stations Casino properties in & around Vegas, & the Fiesta is no exception - smaller than some, but just as clean & friendly as the others. The service here was notably attentive.

Location off the interstate was easy. Building was older, buffett was disappointing claiming they were the best was a joke. Shower was very small and shower head terrible. Needs updated, Staff friendly.

Nice, clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the casino and parking garage with plenty of close, free parking spaces.

Did not get the room we requested but Staff provided us with what we needed. I'm a table player and very few tables were available. Even when requested they would not open. Better here if you are a slot player. Beware, "Mountain view" also comes with a great view of the roof and freeway system. In all it was ok for the price and for a quick stay.

Hotel was great. Check in staff was rude. Listing for hotel said they take dogs. After we filled out paperwork for stay they told us no dogs. What? Then she said oh we do but there's a fee. I felt that was very impolite. Otherwise hotel was great.

Great hotel in Henderson, check in was quick and easy. Pool was very dirty as had a storm the day before and wasn't cleaned but have stayed before and this was a first. Check out was not so fast, I paid a cash deposit and was made to wait 15 minutes for someone to go check the room before they would give me my deposit back, I've stayed numerous times at this hotel so you would think by now they would know I don't leave room a mess, I guess it depends on who checks you out as it don't happen all the time.

Had some issues with the AC unit and the room was uncomfortably warm. However, the staff was quick to come and assess the issue. Restaurant did really well on the food and service was ok.

Fiesta is a perfect hotel and casino for me! Not a large resort, but it offers just about everything a large resort has to offer! We will be back again in October!

The pros and cons PRO's: + Massive sign. Can't miss it from the freeway. + Easy self parking close to elevator. + Several places to eat including a buffet. + Less smokey than some resorts. + Regal theater inside hotel. + A place to sleep and clean up. CONS's: - Rude valet staff. - Room toilet seat not fully clean. - Rooms need updating, very dated looking. - Thin walls - could hear neighbor partying. - Buffet needs healthier options. Diner quality. - One small outdoor pool only. - Mostly slots very few table games. CONCLUSION: If you only need a place to sleep, clean up, and grab a quick bite to eat that is cheap and affordable and don't care about high class style and such than the Fiesta is your place.

Pretty nice but pillows were too hard. Pool and hot tub were perfect.

Great hotel for price in Henderson, rooms clean and comfortable. Only con is they allow pets and lots of dogs in casino and on grounds also barking in the casino/hotel.

Great experience on our 1 night stay in Henderson. Close to Vegas, has a pool, theater, Starbucks, restaurants, what more could you ask for?

Safe nice newer neighborhood. Nearby shopping and restaurants. Easy to get from to Strip and downtown casinos. Traffic not a problem. Great if you are coming or going to Los Angeles. Entrance to hotel and parking very accesible if traveling with a senior. Elevators right off entrance. Good buffet. East side rooms can get very hot if curtains are open. Air conditioning worked great. Amenities nice but complimentary coffee somewhere would be nice. Casino is not too large but is fine.

Excellent hotel if you want away from the strip. You can still get to the strip easily, and avoid the hustle bustle to relax away from it all. Great place to stay.

Nice location and convenient restaurant dining on-site. Staff was friendly and efficient. However the room lacked some common features like refrigerator and microwave.

Peaceful, relaxing, enjoyed beautiful sunrise and moonrise over the pool

The buffet falls short the staff there should be more mindful of the food on display,

The gal who worked cleaning the rooms was so personable and got us what we needed like the coffee pot . Beautiful friendly smile. She went over and above when we got up to our floor. Recognition needed for her service. It was about 3pm when we got to our room. It was that shift and time we acknowledged her personable and friendliness.

I stayed there for a week while visiting family and ask for a coffee pot in my room they wanted 15.00 day for that and small fridge. I told them only wanted the coffee pot and they couldn't do it single or that I could upgrade my room to get a coffee pot. Never stayed at a place like that.

Everything was great, no problems. Was part of SCAR group, the hospitality room and joining rooms setup was outstanding.
