What a nice surprise Atwell Suites was! It was a last minute book for the night and I was even called by Front Desk Emmanuel Santos to let me know the room I booked was not available. He accommodated us with a really nice room with great city views on the top floor. Really clean, brand new? What’s nice is it’s a building separate from the casino which is a few feet walk from the front door. Free parking is convenient and well lighted, spacious spaces. I drive a mini SUV. Free breakfast was surprisingly satisfying, sufficiently supplied, well organized and labeled. Modern drinks dispensers, quite impressive. Ice machine area has stacks of disposable ice buckets, how different. Room was minimalist style but with microwave and fridge. Large pull out couch, extra blankets in the closet which is adjoining the bathroom. Smart TV. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you to Atwell staff especially the excellent breakfast crew and front desk Emmanuel!

In my recent memory, this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in the United States. The service was terrible - from the front desk staff being rude and unaccommodating to the room having a non-working TV, inadequate shower supplies, and very poor response time to these issues. On top of that, I never received a receipt, nor was able to have my Hilton Honors rewards points attributed to my account. Highly do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Very friendly staff, especially the fellow that I took to be the manager…as he was there when we checked in late afternoon and again early morning when we were having breakfast. Brand new hotel in a rapidly renovating area that I suspect will be amazing when done.

2.5 star experience. Brand new hotel, opened in November of 2024. Pictures of listing are consistent of what you see on arrival. It's located in the lot of an older Casino (The Pass). Shared parking with the casino and I had no issue finding an open spot. Only drawbacks from my stay. Strong sulfur smell when you walk into the room especially strong on the bathroom Hotel is located in the water district of Henderson so perhaps the smell is from the water from the plant. Water temp was lukewarm at best for showers. Last is that the building/windows are not very soundproof. Don't stay here on a Friday or Saturday night if you expect peace and quiet as you will hear loud booming music from the surrounding nightclubs. Other than those issues I had decent stay.

Basic Hotel - Nothing Fancy

The hotel is new and clean. They don't keep the extra bedding for the pull out bed in the rooms so you have to ask for them and they apparently keep them in a closet by the front desk from what I was told. Bath tub was super slippery and no bath mat for the floor. A room that sleeps 6 and we had 2 towels. Basic hotel. Breakfast was blah. Staff was nice.

The property itself brand new fresh and clean. Still Need to work out some kinks (flight was late took 2 hours to get rental car) arrived late and they cancelled our reservation and room booked, then gave us a room which was tight for our family (I booked specifically for 3 beds). Staff was helpful when we needed anything
