Bed sheets were gross and had to sit on the couch with little kids and waited for staff to change the sheets. They were covered in debris; gobs of hair, black chunks of sock lint. Clearly could tell sheets were not changed. Second night was woken up by a room phone call at 11pm by hotel staff saying a room on the floor below complaining about noise. Advised we were asleep. 10 min later there was pounding on our door by hotel security demanding everyone come to the door to ensure there was no domestic violence happening due to the complaint they received from a noise complaint. Said we are not waking up our young kids and making them come to the door and we were asleep. No apologies to our family by staff or anyone for the terrible mistake on their part. No manager on staff all weekend. Had to speak to a very uncaring, nasty supervisor by the name of Felicia Towner on our check out. No empathy by this person at all. Additionally, the water pressure barely comes out of the shower, they said it’s a city issue they can’t fix. Same product was used for the shower supply bottles. Asked front desk and confirmed the same product is the same for shampoo and body wash and conditioner was just another mistake they made by putting wrong product in it. Handle bar in elevator was broken and hanging. Lobby and breakfast spot share the same area making it difficult to find a spot to eat or maneuvering to get any food or drink. For a newer hotel it has a lot of issues and management issues.
